💯💯Yes brother , You are genius You have good understanding of diode mode After seeing shorted cap in 2nd diagnosis i understand my mistake After remove IC & coil , i check diode mode on capacitors Anode track is insulted from circuit(we can say it is like a fly wire with 2 capacitor) In my case there was reading but in OK condition multimeter must show OL bcoz there is no voltage drop in a fly wire Voltage drop was there it means voltage was dropped by faulty capacitor
