To support her, I would walk with her in our neighborhood (full of hills) with my 20 pound weighted vest and a 25 pound weight in my back pack. We would walk 5 miles in an hour. I remember my Army days. I was in 360th Trans Co in Ft Carson, CO so you being at the Motor Pool brought back so many memories. Hell I was at the Motor Pool daily and we trained outdoors quite a bit.

Whao troops today wow are allowed to do the upmost in and out of uniform 😮😮😮😮 call me old school but trust me I see it everyday on the job but social media?? 😂😂😂😂 and at the range etc etc? They call us mean people who would not be able to be in this kindler and gentler Army and it’s true. But I digress 😂😂😂 love watching you beautiful ladies do your thing… but on the range is unheard of… excuse me or just call me old school Army but I’m shocked not so surprised but shocked and the commander allows it!!! Front leaning rest position until you pass out is what I’m screaming!!!!! 😂😂😂😂 Civilians that never been in the military made not get this. Airborne all the way from Ft. Liberty!!
Yeah, I walk every evening and I do 1 mile in 20 minutes. I’ve done it in 16 but my neighbors stop to talk to me, so yeah can I do 3 miles in an hour sometime an hour and five minutes not bad for 62 year old 💪🏽👏🏾🎶💋
