If you sell fusion parts, when you need them you won't have them so I would say it would be a very bad idea to sell fusion parts I mean there's 1500 cars in this game you're constantly getting new cars and needing to upgrade them for different events and things and such so I would say never sell anything, if you get more than one of the same car trip the duplicate for parts but always keep one of everything and keep all of your fusions and Stage six parts
