Alpaca communal dung piles. How we keep our paddocks clean.

How we keep our ALPACAS healthy is that we pick up their dung regularly. I use a poo scooper and then a grey stone paddock vacuum. We also cross-graze with donkeys once the paddocks have been cleaned and rested. I would never want my Alpacas to graze the grass in or around communal dung piles as the threat of ingesting eggs in parasites is not good management of Alpaca health.
