Dr Cooper, have you or a colleague done a program on the continuous aspect of salvation in the Christian life? I remember you on Remnant Radio explaining how the Christian can say "I was saved, I am being saved, I will be saved." I've always found this concept key for those outside of classical Christian tradition to be able to grasp the efficacy in the Sacraments, Absolution, and so on. Do you know of good resources on this topic and or think it would be valid to cover (if you haven't already)?
An excellent discussion! I didn't realize that there are so many potential issues within a confessional Lutheran framework. In particular, it would be great to hear more about the soul/spirit distinction and the fixed elements of the image of God in all people.
Dr Cooper. Trent Horn dropped a vid a week or so ago o sola fide in the fathers. Appears to me he relied heavily on your book Righteousness of One, Torrance quotes, etc... looks like your book. Respect.
To put 18:17 in scriptural terms in gen 1:26/gen 5:1 scripture says we are MADE in the image of God however in in gen 5:3 when beginning Adam's lineage Seth is described as BEGOTTEN in the image of adam
Is there somewhere I can read this paper? Currently dealing with this subject when it comes both to eckhart and Anabaptists. The connections this has to what I'm working with on eckhart is important though.
@@DrJordanBCooper well let me know if you do any revisions! I'd love to give it a look and reference both it and some of it's references while I am working on what I am working on.

I have to do some revisions before I'd send it out.

Was this from a particular conference?
