A Nigerian lecturer who was employed by University of Cape coast in Ghana was caught on camera inciting Nigerians in that university against ghanaians and he was fired from the university and was arrested. The video is on TH-cam four years ago.

Happy New Year, sis. This topic is sooo interesting, I'm Ghanaian, and my husband and I just finished building our house in Ghana. The people we used to build our house from beginning to finish were Togolies and Nigerians because of some nasty experience we had with some of our Ghanaian builders . The truth of the matter is if you're spending your hard earned money to do something, whether, business, or project, you want someone who can do the job well, and it's not always about certification, frankly we as Africans are fed-up with time wasters . We should look for people who can do the job, especially our leaders

My Ghanaians and Nigerians it's about time we both know we are all we got. Did both countries hear what I just said. I live in America and particularly Minnesota and the kind of racism , and disrespect I go through here as an educated person is unimaginable. Others will not say it because of the money. It's about time we as Ghanaians and Nigerians love each other because as black people no other race respects us. We have to build for our future so we can stay in Africa and enjoy ourselves.

Direct your advice to the only country in Africa which does not respect Africans- Nigeria! Ghana does not look down on fellow Africans. It's only Nigerians who think they're better than all other Africans so advice them ok!

Don't mind people like that lady, even in the 70s when things were difficult in Ghana, majority of Ghanaians were employed as Teachers in most of their Schools and workers in their industries. Ghanaians were preferred to work in the companies because of trust and humility.

Dont talk about trust and humility in the 70's Nigeria have more than Ghana then, because Nigeria was a very rich country and do not like to travel, the bastards Ghaiana destroy our country and they destroy our passport, now they here claiming holy, the worst criminal in Africa and we will surely deal with them soon of course when 300 million people invade 30 million twi or tiwan's bro the result Banga

My sister, the whole thing is that, in Ghana even if you are the most intelligent person in the classroom and you lack self discipline, they will sack you from the school. You have to know the choice of words you use when talking before getting enrollment in any of the schools in Ghana. Many people from all over the world send their kids to Ghana to be taught about how to acquire good manners. You cannot graduate from any college in Ghana and go out there and portrail uncouth culture over there. They would have investigated about how you got your certificate.

  • @godsfavor1347

Lily you nail it thank you, the qualifications Ghanaians look before hire is different and of course they value Ghana education than nigeria education plus they look for manners and etiquette, let me tell you if a Ghanaian see a little arrogant in you or after they hire you and see that you're arrogant they will get raid of you. A place that is ordinary you still want job from them abi? Ghanaians all over watch you people say Ghana is small, ordinary, small country, so if there's any job, i will give to my people because they're ordinary so they will need the job more than you that is rich, giant, know it all, and think you're better than any African country so you should know that.

At the end of the day, it's character that matters. Normally, Ghanaians are laid back...we are not gidigidi...we are not hot etc. Nigerians are known hustlers and have the hustler character which no matter where you find yourself, you'll be an aggressive person.
Now, in the outside world, Africans are aggressive. This is true to a fact cause we've seen shege for the longest so the western world will see it as an inappropriate character.
The thing is...wherever you find yourself, try and blend in. Learn the culture and live the culture.
At the end of the day, character is valued over your certificate in most cases.

What is the land area and population of England, France, Germany, and Italy? I know Nigeria is ahead in land area & population but it doesn't make it better than any of these countries. Therefore, a country with smaller land mass and population can not be ordinary. I have a Nigerian roommate in the USA who will do anything that makes him comfortable in our room without considering he lives with a human. Example: Smoking wee & other substances in our shared apartment, spraying pesticide when leaving the room, controlling light & AC as when it pleases him and others that are against the tenant agreement document issue by our landlady. I see all these as a sign of disrespect but I also understand the consequences of reporting him; he may develop hatred for Ghanaians as our sister in the audio recording. You will only feel secure by abiding with the laws and regulations in every country.🌍
