100%. The greatest guitarists who have ever lived are alive NOW, and many are very young. The technical skill and musicality of today’s players (all instruments not just guitar)is on a different level from all who came before. Also true of athletes, and many other human endeavors. But when you feel like we’re all going backwards (often, these days) put this compilation on.

I play guitar, and it always brings me such peace. Although I am not as skilled as these musicians when watching them play - seeing their body and facial expressions, knowing what it could feel like to have your fingers move so gracefully. I can tell (based on my limited experience) that it must be one of the best feelings in life.
I found myself coming back to 2:29:54 over and over again. So authentic Bach Prelude playing on a magical Gabriele Lodi guitar. Somehow, I felt this is even more beautiful than Janos Starker's Cello rendering. A little lightness and ease, and better sustains of bass notes. Just wonderful!
Jason, they are very talented, yes, but also really accomplished in their skill of technique and their interpretations, showing their understanding of the pieces, along with their amazing memorization of them, all without "grandstanding" or trying to be more impressive themselves than the marvelous music. How outstand- ing!
These artists are brilliant! Their instruments, and the luthiers who made them, are also brilliant! I've been looking into replacing my guitar, and it's made me realize how very much the instrument matters.
All of the guitarists were superb, but I was particularly impressed by Natalia Lipnitskaya''s rendition of "Les barricades mystérieux." Her delicate touch and respectful approach to this well-known piece was actually quite a revelation to this listener, and I must have heard Couperin's marvelous little gem hundreds of times. Bravissima!

Suggestion to Siccas Media: if you can cut 3dB of the final audio output, that would be perfect. The sound of the guitar is too loud to my taste - the VU meter needles of my amp almost constantly point to the right most:-). Guitars do not need to sound as loud as organs or thunders. We do not need to compete for the loudness war - it is no good for the Digital to Analog converter. It is the quality of the sound that matters. Loudness is matter of a simple turn of the volume knob by the listener.
you can do it but you have to be vulnerable enough to try to reach out on a local and or global level and share your desire but your deep pain in feeling the journey is so far. there will be maybe more than one teacher that will reach out to you and if you are earnest they wont make you pay, but you must be willing to endure the pain that it took these composers and teachers to write and play these pieces. for these pieces are not all joy but are also in the depths of hell. one who is willing to walk theough hell knowing something is more beutiful on the other side will recieve the glory of true love to achieve things that our mind cannot even fathom. i can send you an email if you want of a picture i drew and i rarely ever ever draw, but there is a servant in the house and when she said she doesnt feel like family in the house i was pierced in my heart and was moved moment by moment to create a drawing for her and ten pages of words from my heart about how she is always family and derserves help if she is tired doing work and the head of the house should stop nobody from helping the servants deapite their low pay. anyways, also if you also want to talk about your pain, your dark, i will listen and shall not judge, even if you were a dictator that killed many people, i would still listen but if you did kill that many people i may say one thing about what caused you to do this. but anyways... goodnye dear human somewhrere on earth. i dont know how to play guitar but i will be happy to share any inspiration to help you find that teacher who is willing to see your deep dark as long as you are willing to see some level of their dark for they too are going through many things. the whole world is no matter if you are presdient...

100%. The greatest guitarists who have ever lived are alive NOW, and many are very young. The technical skill and musicality of today’s players (all instruments not just guitar)is on a different level from all who came before. Also true of athletes, and many other human endeavors. But when you feel like we’re all going backwards (often, these days) put this compilation on.

Although I am not as skilled as these musicians when watching them play - seeing their body and facial expressions, knowing what it could feel like to have your fingers move so gracefully. I can tell (based on my limited experience) that it must be one of the best feelings in life.

I found myself coming back to 2:29:54 over and over again. So authentic Bach Prelude playing on a magical Gabriele Lodi guitar. Somehow, I felt this is even more beautiful than Janos Starker's Cello rendering. A little lightness and ease, and better sustains of bass notes. Just wonderful!

Jason, they are very talented, yes, but also really accomplished in their skill of technique and their interpretations, showing their understanding of the pieces, along with their amazing memorization of them, all without "grandstanding" or trying to be more impressive themselves than the marvelous music. All of the guitarists were superb, but I was particularly impressed by Natalia Lipnitskaya''s rendition of
"Les barricades mystérieux." Her delicate touch and respectful approach to this well-known piece was actually quite a revelation to this listener, and I must have heard Couperin's marvelous little gem hundreds of times. Bravissima!

Suggestion to Siccas Media: if you can cut 3dB of the final audio output, that would be perfect. The sound of the guitar is too loud to my taste - the VU meter needles of my amp almost constantly point to the right most:-). Guitars do not need to sound as loud as organs or thunders. We do not need to compete for the loudness war - it is no good for the Digital to Analog converter. It is the quality of the sound that matters. Loudness is matter of a simple turn of the volume knob by the listener.

Being able to play guitar at this level is one of the things I most likely will never achieve in my life, unfortunately
you can do it but you have to be vulnerable enough to try to reach out on a local and or global level and share your desire but your deep pain in feeling the journey is so far. there will be maybe more than one teacher that will reach out to you and if you are earnest they wont make you pay, but you must be willing to endure the pain that it took these composers and teachers to write and play these pieces. for these pieces are not all joy but are also in the depths of hell. one who is willing to walk theough hell knowing something is more beutiful on the other side will recieve the glory of true love to achieve things that our mind cannot even fathom. i can send you an email if you want of a picture i drew and i rarely ever ever draw, but there is a servant in the house and when she said she doesnt feel like family in the house i was pierced in my heart and was moved moment by moment to create a drawing for her and ten pages of words from my heart about how she is always family and derserves help if she is tired doing work and the head of the house should stop nobody from helping the servants deapite their low pay. anyways, also if you also want to talk about your pain, your dark, i will listen and shall not judge, even if you were a dictator that killed many people, i would still listen but if you did kill that many people i may say one thing about what caused you to do this. but anyways... goodnye dear human somewhrere on earth. i dont know how to play guitar but i will be happy to share any inspiration to help you find that teacher who is willing to see your deep dark as long as you are willing to see some level of their dark for they too are going through many things. the whole world is no matter if you are presdient...
