i miss the times where kids programs could give you nightmares and some good morals . today , kids shows are made for the soul porpuse of keeping them stuck to the screen and not learning anything or being a better grown up , tv shows are actually a great opportunity to implant messages into the brains of our young , or to give them a spark of mature sensitivity ( for examples : watch adventure time ) .
I loved this show (never had it growing up but love stop motion) but. The environmental message would have made kid me roll my eyes. Only one i accepted that stuff from was captain planet for obvious reasons.
a very ecological episode for this creepy series, also give you the idea of as the deforestation helps the sinister chains of fast food companies, is perturbing.
No, there's another one. I can't remember the title but it features a boy drawing stick men while suffering abuse from his parents, and it ends with the boy living in his imaginary world while the parents die.
Actually, it's still called Burger Skip, the title of the story is called 'Burgers'. They probably made him a cowboy because it fits in with the cattle feel. And he does have a burger in the book.
@@draph91 I meant as a way to replenish trees he's cut. So every tree he cut down, he could plant another and make a treehouse restaurant simultaneously.
Wait, wouldn't burger restaurants growing on trees be a good thing? Oswald easily could've profited off of that. Wouldn't it make more sense for the trees to destroy the burger restaurants by growing through and into the buildings?
Maybe that's because they were probably made from some rank excuse for beef and soaked in drug-like chemicals that'd make sure people would come back for more.
@@tamara9181 yk being a vegetarian doesnt save anything..? If its the animals you care about the farmers growing your tofu kill ANY animal on sight (which causes wayy more animal deaths than just regular animal farming) because basically any animal eats those plants, shrews, birds, anything really. And if its to save the rainforest, sadly trees are still cut down to make room for those farms, you cant win so just enjoy what you like.
OK not Indians native Americans but they were Indians so yeah, and it offends them because of the stereotypical way that this episode has the old cowboy and Indian theme.
+Liam Williams well the book actually had a clown instead of a cowboy but i reckon that would have got McDonald's on there arse if they did that :P although you could just stick Ronald in Oswald's boots and it would be the same story :}

I loved that cartoon, I even have a couple of action figures from it.
Though to be fair we have to take care of the earth.
I love how many fans of this show there are

I think this is the only episode where an Adult gets what's coming to them
No, there's another one. I can't remember the title but it features a boy drawing stick men while suffering abuse from his parents, and it ends with the boy living in his imaginary world while the parents die.
vixen581 and that one too, I think it's called the stickpeople
draph91 what about the other one where this guy has a any and he trains it to be smart?
Liam Williams baby*
well that's the child but it is the adult's fault
I think this is the only episode where the fate doesn't happen to a kid
Nah, the one where the boy draws on the walls has him sorta have a happy ending and his neglectful parents die
@@degenerate-otaku6634 I forgot about that one
@@degenerate-otaku6634 Yeah, but they mean that in this one kids were not in the lead role of the story
The Stick People:
my favorite episode
I was half listening to the start of the sketch and I heard something OTHER than 'buck'
First episode that I saw that the adult is the problem instead of the gruesome kids
I love grizzly tale
So do i
I think the assistant was being sarcastic, basically saying he thought of it first.
the assistant did scoff so that is the general message.
nvm, just realised comment was 4 years old
OMG I REMEMBER THIS I LOVED IT SO SO SO MUCH LIKE RLLY AND I STILL DO OMG ! 🤯
Even Oswald refuses to give his cattle any less than 'wide open spaces'.
I prepared for trouble but I didn’t expect this

I’m eating a kfc right now 😂
I'm eating McDonald's
I’m eating BK
That tree was cursed
Greed:Oswald/ Seamus O’Burger wanting to earn as much money as possible and own the world.
You know, they could've just built around the trees or make a restaurant that was like a tree house
actually it was for his cattle

the cowboy and pilot are australian..
"Don't hit me!"
Hit you?! I should feed you to the cattle!
*door opens*
“What is it now?!”
“…”
“You…?”
Sad reality
True for a kids show it had a ton of heavy themes especially when the Indian rubs the sap on his heart is heartbreaking
No kid was killed in this episode. Only a man.
the sound those hamburgers make when eating sounds like eating a apple.... those burgers are nasty bifore thee where cursed

What _did_ happened to Oswald, anyway?
chocked to death from being all the way up there in the sky
Spirited away by the ghost of panachek
Beautiful scenery ruined by greedy people only to sell to even more greedy and ignorant spoiled people
As Jim Carrey in The Grinch once said, "The avarice never ends!"
I remember this show on c I tv
This is what McDonald's does with it's cattle, cut down trees to graze it's cows
Let's hope they never target the rainforests...
Lest they piss of native Americans
