Flores Graphics he doesn’t act shy, he just said that promoting movies on late night shows is weird to him. Something like he knows the audience can see right through him. He’s been saying that since the beginning.
@Tom Butt: As an actor, it’s completely different when you’re acting, you put yourself in the shoes of a different person so shyness doesn’t come into it unless you literally struggle with stage fright. It’s almost ‘hiding’ behind a persona, you’re not yourself so it’s not as scary.
@Chem: Whenever Timmy starts describing the movie he’s promoting, he speaks very clearly because he’s extremely passionate about it and has said about how it’s his job to promote it so he’s serious and careful about it.
Timothee is very well educated and has quite an advanced vocabulary, so that has nothing to do with being shy or not. He just shifts and stutters and looks down at his feet a lot, he’s still extremely nervous but is slowly getting used to it, doesn’t mean it was all fake.
How is this boy only 24. He has so much knowledge and wisdom to share about his craft.
He is more than just his striking good looks. I genuinely hope fame doesn't destroy him

@@serenitybeats1677 It's just an expression. It means that he could either become a victim of his own hype or the media could tear him down over everything he does that he'll just snap, if that made any sense
because he's been doing it FOR YEARS. It just comes more naturally to some rather than others.

Timothée is beautiful AND wicked smart, with SUCH thoughtful advice, startlingly so for such a young person.
It is incredibly refreshing to see a young actor so committed to their craft that they love to talk about it and not get caught up in the superficiality of being an actor or icon. You can hear when he speaks how he loves to learn and how well thought out his methods are. Special actors know it’s not about the facial expressions, it’s about the storytelling, reading into your characters and connecting with the audience. The same goes for Daniel Kaluuya. We need more interviews like this in this style focused on how actors build their craft.
I adore his child-like, timid mannerisms. Every interview he does is like he's talking to the most popular girl in high school, and he's trying to get up the courage to ask her to the prom. Deee-liteful!!!😍👏🥰👍Please don't change one facet of that gorgeous personality!!!

Timothee Chamulet is a brilliant actor for his age. I’ve seen a few of his films and this guy is one of the best. It’s rare to see that in an actor that is under 25. I’ve only maybe seen that fire intensity in a few select others that were in their twenties at the time and are now well known. The last one that came to mind was Jennifer Lawrence. So it was awhile ago. Before her I hadn’t seen it in a young actor in their twenties since the 1990’s in Edward Norton, Angelina Jolie, and Russell Crowe. They were unknown at first and I knew they were going to rise. They were way too good. In the 1980’s I saw it in Michelle Pfeiffer and Tom Cruise. They also ended up becoming major movie stars.
Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise...lit the screen on fire. And Chalamet could do the same.
Leonardo DiCaprio...the Man with the Iron Mask, What s eating Gilbert Grape....

I can't stop watcing The King, every time I see it, I get another insight. His performance was breath taking, the charcter developes, how he commanded those changes shows what a great Actor he'll be, and already is great.

I had to be a Casting Director once and he’s completely accurate in saying it’s nothing personal if you don’t get it. Sometimes u can do everything right and it specifically just comes down to how a character’s look was envision by Director or producer or even writer. Taking screen writing lessons and it also comes down to reading everything not in their dialogue AND things in the script that inform the character you play (their thoughts, wants, wounds not shown on screen). U are able to net the part if you do your research of this and practice being vulnerable enough where the visual of yourself eventually isn’t an issue anymore cuz character is more important. I wish he talked about how long to pause or get into a scene for beats. Writer or actor, I’d be afraid it dragged on. Guess that’s the skill of the actor to judge that AND, as he said, judge the moment AS it plans. The idea to listen to his “dad”’s speech in CMBYN movie without looking at it 1st so he could react genuinely and vulnerability was genuis/smart though! More acting tips and advice! More interviews should be about more of his process

We need more humans in our world like Timothee’. He is a role model for humility in the face of true talent. I believed him in “call me by your name”. I don’t think people realize how much strength it take to go against the grain, and fall in love with a man… I hated the ending, who could break the heart of this guy… A Christmas phone call, and the calling coward. Scratches the wound ope, and says I remember everything… I would have blocked the chicken shit… Chalamet was definitely the dominant guy in the equation. I hope he has a happy life with all the privacy he needs to have some tranquility… Kudos Timothee’
