No matter what settings I use this will not do anything but stereo. YT did support 5.1 at one point (not 7.1) and re-encoded all vids that were 5.1 to 2.0. It is claimed they did allow 5.1 again but I am unable to get that to work in any way.
So good! I really like the detail work that goes in making the spaceships and orbiting planets followed by the cinematic music and effects. It's always fun to take an outer space trip Gala Travels :)
I recently got a decent hdmi audio extractor box and even in Dolby Digital the audio is fantastic. I don't think my older Denon 4310ci supports Atmos and even if it does pretty sure You Tube doesn't. The video as always is just phenomenal with huge dynamic range like usual. It's really something on the Z9K 😎

YT supports Dolby Digital Plus which is amazing. Our viewers can listen to the Dolby Atmos tracks on Apple Music or download them on our Patreon Page. The soundtrack and effects were Mastered also with an extra imagery and Dynamic Range with APX technology.

The first 4k TV made was on October 25, 2012, and the first Dolby Atmos av receiver also came out in 2012. how much 4k and Dolby Atmos content do have almost 12 years later? not much
I have seen listen to loads across streaming sites and pirate downloads 100s and 100s and game in 4k all the time on pc. I also listen to stereo pro logic 2 dd5.1 7.1 via Dolby atmos app on pc and have enjoyed 3d audio hdr and 4k for the past 2 yrs daily. Alison many surround mixes have great sound stage and my song s reproduces that in a 3d surround audio experience perfectly as does my atmos app and my sound blaster g6 with open back headphones.
I know you have many videos but how can you download original video with superb sound. I know it will work much better with original video instead of TH-cam, which does not support full format

For both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos in one file you will need a license for a an IMF player 128$ a month and the files are almost 500 gigs. We Deliver to Netflix Amazon and Disney. Is impossible with current technologies to deliver 4K Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos in a compressed file through the internet. I've been able to burn working 4k blue ray disks with my LG bd burner and the right software. They play on my Sony x800m2 fine if you want to do a bit of searching you can find the software and whatever that supports it. I think I used maybe image burn and MakeMKV to do it but it's been a while. You could always make a few test disks to prove it works then turn it over to the big disk making outfit once you have a disk layout you like that works.

People used to make stupid comments like this with pro logic z2 demos that also work perfectly on YT I also play gc and wii games on pc at 4k and stream the pro logic 2 thru the Dolby atmos app and the surround is amazing

We are very happy with TH-cam. I want to emphasize this. The sound is amazing in 5.1 and the playback HDR 10 is top notch. We thank them for this.
