People might also consider flower essences, homeopathic remedies, Ayurvedic medicine for help with detoxing, balancing the gut biome, Earthing mats if they can't get outside for whatever reason, and my favorite - Breathing deep! 4 slow counts in and 4 out. Check out Pranayama (alternate nostril) breathing. I find many of our patients do not know (or remember) to breathe deep, esp if they sit at a computer all day at work. Get the air to the lower lobes of the lungs and that will reset the central nervous system, taking it out of fight-or-flight, and back into rest & repair mode. Humming, toning, singing - all of these help vibrate the cranium - opens and clears blockages in the upper chakras, and exercises the diaphragm muscle which in turn massages the heart and other organs. Gosh! There are so many methods available now, and so many helpers on each person's Spirit team who'll step up to the plate and assist, if one truly wants to heal.🌠

For the last 2 weeks my guides have been pushing me to reread Drunvalo Melchizedek’s “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” specifically the chapters on Egyptian pyramids and the MerKaBa. I was also instructed to start practicing how to spin my MerKaBa. I had a very good session doing this and felt amazing the next day. Then for 2 days, headaches. So I rested. I have a beautiful hand carved crystal pendant in the Merkaba and started wearing it. No more headaches. Then today my guides said I must listen to your download. Talk about validation. OMG Molly! Last few weeks I’ve been feeling the urge to ditch ALL technology and just exit “the Matrix”, but then I wouldn’t have you LOL. The urge to distance from all of it is REAL.
I’ve been oscillating between feeling like a walking lighting rod tuning fork all the way into my vibrating / buzzing bones and other times floating out of my body unable to feel it , and then coming back into my body with intense debilitating pain and vertigo with back of head pain at the base of my skull , feeling like my eyes are going to pop out of my head, pressure changes in my sinuses and head , throat and neck chaos - low back pain , or feeling like I am plugged into an electric socket and that I’m shooting electric out thru my legs. Fun times with 3 small children including a 4 month old lol. Thank you this is so helpful because I’ve been trying to be mindful but the changes are so rapidfire and I don’t have the option of alone time right now at any point not even a relaxing bath. So this is an interesting balancing act indeed ! But I’ve been envisioning the idea of a pyramid capstone and corner stone , but they appear in merkaba form… when working with my light body that has come through. As well with my medulla oblongata, which helps me a lot with lower chakras actually. One thing Ive picked up not my own idea in origin - is to command symmetry of the vertical , horizontal and diagonals - top to bottom, bottom to top , inner to outer , outer to inner , front to back , back to front , left to right , right to left. Whole body or for individual organs or glands etc. just intending this , stating it out loud , envisioning symmetry if that is helpful too.
The pyramids area actually merkaba structures. So we are to become these merkabas and vessels of divine guidance and light. How beautiful that so many are evolving to these frequencies! 💕✨️💕✨️💕

I've had the craziest hurtful estrangement from my son (and new baby grandson) that was a clear trigger/ trauma response from my son's tumultuous adolescence/early 20s. After several months of emotional chaos for me and working so hard to release, let go, and forgive, I finally had one last emotional upheaval and a knowingness that this has passed. Now, instead of waking up hurt, I hear "It's over." We've yet to reunite but I know it is coming. I’m glad this is finally being brought up. There has been a lot of people calling and motivating ascending to 5D but do not remind people that the whole purpose of ascension is to access higher truths and bring it back to the physical world to be worked on. It’s not an escape from the difficult. For example, at the 5D, all is one. And understanding this, brings a higher truth down to our day to day life to dismantle everything that separates in our life. For example, if you can see the person that hurt you did what they did for the good of the whole, you can’t help but love them. So you transform part of your ignorance into consciousness. If you are stuck there then you have a reason and purpose to work it through ie to be more aligned with higher truths. It’s not about taking off to the 5D because you “can’t” even live there for as long as one still exists in this physical form. Imagine you close your eyes and you’re at the top of the mountain as you most desire to experience. You still need to come back to your body, save the money, make your way to the foothill of the mountain and put in the efforts to climb up to truly experience the dream as a reality where you can see, hear, smell, taste and feel what it’s truly like being at the top of the mountain. Otherwise, it remains just an imagination ie make belief. ✌️

This is so interesting! I had a vision a while ago of the heart chakra opening and expanding to allow alchemy of the bottom three chakras, so the 4 formed a golden square foundation for the sacred garden of the higher heart. Since then my favorite colors shifted from yellow and orange to gold and pink. Maybe it is the golden foundation of our pyramid as well. Awesome 🌞🙏💕

I too thought of Robert Gilbert and his show on Gaia TV about sacred geometry and how important it is to move the energy from the crown and third eye charkas down to the solar plexus and sacral chakras because they can handle the energy better. If you keep it in your head, you get headaches and feel dizzy, which I've experienced a lot. Maybe I'll remember better now and move the energy down and out like rooting or something..

This is so interesting! I had a vision a while ago of the heart chakra opening and expanding to allow alchemy of the bottom three chakras, so the 4 formed a golden square foundation for the sacred garden of the higher heart. Since then my favorite colors shifted from yellow and orange to gold and pink. Maybe it is the golden foundation of our pyramid as well. Awesome 🌞🙏💕

I get it. The grounding part , of allowing the energy to flow into the body completely is important. The removal of blocks is done with the grounding of the energy through the body. Also the physical head. Be easy on the mind and head so you are not headache. You put it to words. so good. 🧡

I had mentioned in previous comments that I’ve been experiencing a shedding skin condition since my awakening, and it stemmed from these dark dense spots on my lower back exactly where my root chakra is, and it spread upward and outward from there! I got chills when you mentioned that! I am an empath that had no boundaries and no idea about energetic protection but I’ve been doing self-healing work and am gradually enforcing boundaries now :) You are the most spot on spiritual teacher I listen to - what a pleasure and an honor! During the last 4 1/2 years, my guides have had me go to the American River in Northern California and ground for 2 to 4 hours daily if you can get to running water, put your bare feet against the Earth in the water, you can literally feel the energy start to acclimate!

I too thought of Robert Gilbert and his show on Gaia TV about sacred geometry and how important it is to move the energy from the crown and third eye charkas down to the solar plexus and sacral chakras because they can handle the energy better. If you keep it in your head, you get headaches and feel dizzy, which I've experienced a lot. Maybe I'll remember better now and move the energy down and out like rooting or something..
