Please EL...create a Matt powder foundation without talc for yellow undertones...please NO TALC. It causes pimples. The Double Wear is great but there's not alot of time to apply that on busy mornings. 💕

I would love to have in my beauty bag the perfect foundation: light on the skin, medium coverage and moisturizing. And also to not be forced to put concealer. The bb and cc are too oily on me. And the double wear and db light are too cakey. So i didn’t find nothing in between and i am constantly looking for the best foundation.
top of my wishlist - a sheer mauve color lipstick. suiting cool toned women with some color on their lips - so not too nude but almost. I got one now from estee lauder actually just for the summer. unfortunately it is too opake and a tiny bit too dark. others would have been too light or too pink. as estee lauder seems to be known for a good range of mauve colours, that is my wish

(a bit like the old mauve lipstick from clinique. I think it was no 1 or 3 from the line for rather shiny sheer version. that was my favorite everyday lipstick in the late 90s till early 2000ff.)

Viloette I would love a beautiful plum- brick color for lipstick, I have olive skin and oranges dont look good, reds are too strong, this is a color that goes with everything, A line used to make this color but they dont anymore, What can you do

is it just me or the red lip makes her look clownish? she's pretty but red lip doesnt suit her for some reason.
You should understand and disseminate the knowledge of loving ur natural own skin and to just highlight it u need a little amount of products but not teaching that to be beautiful u have to use loads of products.

She might be a great girl, but she's not good with makeup at all.. I remember watching her video where she was putting some makeup on her friend in an "effortless" manner and it turned out soooo awful, the friend had to remove it.. Oh well after making Kendull Jenner the face of your brand, I can't really say anything else abt the great company EL once was.

Aida C. She's making fun of CURRENT American beauty standards (i.e. obsessed with Instagram make-up). Even though Violette is French, choosing a woman who is ELEGANT is actually going back to Estée Lauder's roots. Estee herself was feminine and classy (and by the way, she was Canadian too- not just American). I think appointing Violette is helping redeem the company for their horrible decision of using Kendal Jenner as a brand ambassador.
They chose a woman with a true sense of style and beauty, nothing like American makeup artists and women in general. Take your stupid nationalism elsewhere...
