Kerala Egg Curry Recipe

Eggs 4
Oil 11/2 tbsp
Ginger 11/2 tsp
Garlic 4
Green chili 1
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 11/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Tomato 1
Coconut milk 1 c( second extract)
Thick coconut milk 1/2 c
Coconut oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Shallot 3
Dry chilli 1
Curry leaves few

Grind coconut in little water and squeeze out to get thick milk or onnam paal.
Add more water to the coconut and extract milk which is second extraction or randam paal
