Kikwang has always been at higher ranks since he debuted. Not surprise about that. He have that masculine look. Not a lot of idols have his big eyes, Big double eyelids, high nose bridge with a sharp nose tip, high cheek bones, and plumpy lips.

Actually what makes his eyes more unique is that only one is a double eyelid and the other a monolid. So from a photographer's point of view, that could also be an point of interest since there's different sides to engage with. But definitely agree, especially to be born naturally with a face that possesses such harmony between sharp and soft features.

For me personally, they were just joking to brings more laughter in. I think the MCs can jokes like that to Highlight because they feel quite close already. Kikwang's face when in Photoshoot is really handsome. He's photogenic and the camera loves him. I know a lot of people who are handsome/pretty in real life but it does not show much when they are in pictures.

Tbh, one day 7 years ago somehow I stumbled upon Beast's (now Highlight) Say No music video. I was watching it and when Kikwang showed up I WAS SHOOK. I had never seen a more handsome guy in my life before. He is literally the face that got into my first kpop group and into the kpop scene in general. Although I love many groups now, Highlight and Kikwang hold a special place in my heart. So, yeah, I get how he got #1.

I was looking for this content 5 I remember Gikwang was praised for being the most handsome face in Asia, & Kang Daniel was mentioned. I'm surprised to see my comment a year ago. Haha.. I called Daniel "the other guy" before since I didn't know who he is back then. Now that I have just become a fan of Ong Seongwu, I especially look for this content, hoping that Seongwu was here too. Unfortunately, only Daniel and the other guys are here.

In the end, it’s just a ranking and the judges are like 380 fashion industry workers and you don’t have to agree with those 380 people’s opinions. If someone else was the winner, people would still find a way to disagree (because opinions). Belinda Tang the title is actually misleading because the actual awards was for Fashion Face means there are some criterias for the voting result, that’s why only celebrities whom already done a photoshoot for international magazines could enter and all the voters are only people who work in the industry and professional photographers. So it’s not really a good looking award but more like a photogenic award I believe?
