Kikwang has always been at higher ranks since he debuted. Not surprise about that. He have that masculine look. Not a lot of idols have his big eyes, Big double eyelids, high nose bridge with a sharp nose tip, high cheek bones, and plumpy lips.
Actually what makes his eyes more unique is that only one is a double eyelid and the other a monolid. So from a photographer's point of view, that could also be an point of interest since there's different sides to engage with. But definitely agree, especially to be born naturally with a face that possesses such harmony between sharp and soft features.

Tbh, one day 7 years ago somehow I stumbled upon Beast's (now Highlight) Say No music video. I was watching it and when Kikwang showed up I WAS SHOOK. I had never seen a more handsome guy in my life before. He is literally the face that got into my first kpop group and into the kpop scene in general. Although I love many groups now, Highlight and Kikwang hold a special place in my heart. So, yeah, I get how he got #1.
