Let's face it, one reason for Anne's peculiar behavior is she suspected her husband had multiple affairs especially in Europe when in fact he had 3 kept ladies and a whole slew of additional kids.
Anne Lindbergh had to quietly endure the emotional pain of knowing her husband was unfaithful and a fraud when it comes to true American family values.

@@soso8824 yes, i think so. I did read one of her books and some stuff about the flights. Just my opinion of course! And of course we have the advantage of hindsight . If you have time buy an old copy of gifts from the sea, and give it a read.
To this day Nobody is exactly sure how many children Lindbergh fathered.
I remember reading her book way back when. I think she was a lovely person. Always admired her.
13 children known.....6 American children and 7 in Europe by 3 different women.
