if colleen atwood doesn't get an oscar nom for the costumes in this then the academy is for sure cray. the costumes were BEYOOOOND. EVERY outfit worn by freya AND ravenna were museum-worthy.

I saw an early screening last night. Besides, the trailer shows her after being impaled by Theron's tentacles (i just wrote that). Someone needs to fire the guy who edited that trailer. Anyway, the film wasn't that good. It's not the worst film ever because at least I can forget this easily. They contradict the first film with every turn. Plot holes galore. Blunt overacts badly. Chastain is the best of the cast. Overall, not a good flick.
I didn't think the first one was good but no, this one is actually worse. Charlize only appears in this for 20 minutes. Don't be fooled by the marketing. $10 million for that much screentime. Must be nice to work for Hollywood.
