@@TrinityBazan all of my templates are already scaled so you just have to click poster to spread it across multiple sheets. If it’s to big then you can change the scale of it in the same dialogue box but you shouldn’t really need to

outlining the contact cement piece with super glue gives it a cleaner look. Plus when I heat treat the foam heat can cause contact cement to open back up super glue won't so it's my double adheasive method for both strength and a clean build

The materials that you use are not accesible in Türkiye sonwe have to use something like hd foam but we actually don’t know it’s specialities. And our weights and heights are diffirent from yours

Ir's a more difficult project to undertake but with ever new piece of armor I add the video count goes up 👍
How can the helmet be modified for mandalorian armor?
When gluing I seen you sue both contact and instant glues even on the same peace. What advantages does that give?

@SKSProps what do you mean by crisscross when you are looping the rope for the helmet? I'm trying to figure it out but you dont really explain it.
It loops on the inside of the helpet around the ear areas then crosses around the neck and chin

Any advice on how to make the helmet dome out of cardboard?

foam is much easier to work with especially on compound curves

How did you measure the back slats? Did you wrap them around the cap first?
by using foam rulers check out my video on how I make templates
1:35 can we use one piece of foam to make this part ?
Doubt it One piece of foam won’t give you the compound curve needed to make a dome
