- In the first part of his Bollywood Hungama exclusive interview with Content Head Broadband Faridoon Shahryar, Sajid Khan talks about his recent stint as a columnist on a weekly basis. He then talks about how he got success and never recognition and the lessons learnt from the debacle of 'Himmatwala' and 'Humshakals'. He speaks about 'Sholay' completing 40 years and how it had not worked with the critics then. He talks about how a section of industry had issues with him since he used to take a dig at films. He analyses the box office performance of his last film 'Humshakals' and explains why he joined on the microblogging website Twitter. talks about hosting an episode of 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' and assures that Kapil Sharma indeed had a back problem. He explains how he convinced Rishi Kapoor to not leave Twitter. He also reveals that he never ever in his career made fun of people's personal lives, religions, Gods etc. He talks about the problems faced by the industry after the new Censor Board came in place and that he'd not like to blame chairman Pahlaj Nihalani for it. He also criticizes the directive of inserting disclaimers whenever animals are shown on screen. He explains why he would not like to write a book in the near future and when he does, it would consist of some very interesting chapters. He then shares details about his father Kamran Khan and the struggles that he had to face in his childhood. talks about his fall out with Sajid Nadiadwala and how they are back to being friends. He also reveals that he'll be making a film for his production house next year. He then shares interesting details about his next which is a remake of a Korean film 'My Girlfriend Is An Agent'. He also talks highly of Varun Dhawan and his brother Rohit. He gets into a rapid fire mode and makes interesting comments on Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Pahlaj Nihalani, Sajid Nadiadwala, marriage, romance, relationships and a lot more. Hey Baby, Housefull were solid hits and very entertaining, Housefull 2 was not as good, Himmatwala lacked a lot, and Humshakals was too over the top.

Great interview. Sajid is a very intelligent and funny person. He knows very well what is absurd ans what when funny is also has truth must be tried and shown back to society. I dnt know why PPL think those who make PPL laugh don't make interesting human beings. Aisa hai na, Jo seriously kuch kehta hai, woh honest nahi hoga,jo hasata hai,woh serious cheeze dikhake chala jata hai. Mera khayal hai,garibi aur serious talk ka karibi nata hai. Haso,bahut muskil hai. Sajid is very good at it.

i really disliked humshakals but i never disliked ur other movies....i enjoy all ur movies including Himmatwala........nd I'm badly waiting 4 ur next movie.....when i came out of theatre after watching HouseFull 3 i was thinking of u that if u hve directed Housefull 3 it would've been much more entertaining........
