My husband in law was best, imo. Love,hate, caring, teasing it is combo of everything. And the male lead was not douche bag by forcing /hurting the female lead physically(like in most Thai drama they just include violant acts which they later show as "something casual to do") . Yeah they took their own time to understand and compromise with eachother but the outcome was so strong and amazing. Mew sacrificied for Mark's happiness and Mark equally sacrificed and stood strong for Mew's well being. The negative role female lead was facing physical harrasment but the drama beautifully developed the side story of hers and showed that self love is very important,instead of searching someone to love just love yourself. That series is just on another level❤️
@@paromitapaul3055 No Eng subs as far as I know but I watched the show in YT's Channel3 (official one) with some Good hearted people's translation in comment section for International fans❤️ For example Kimmie Locket's dialogue wise English comment etc... You have English subtitles for 4 episodes something available in websites , facebook etc bt after that you have to check for the comments. But the show is really worth it❤️
The male lead ..on the advise of his counsel that consummating his marriage will indemnify from the female lead carrying out her divorce threat, decides to intoxicate her into submission.. That makes him very much a douchebag... She slapped him with the divorce demand anyway...bedding her didn't qualify him enuf to b a husband..he knew nxt to nothing abt her ( her reasoning) So much for legal advise... There was no sacrifice here..for either party.. Saving his skin was the golden opportunity that had presented itself as a vehicle to achieve her most cherished dream...she gets into the wifey role with gusto...sadly coming to realise the bitter way.. him not of the same inclination.. (She was living in a world of her own making.....he had clarified their arrangement...he was not obligated to love her ) He started coming onto her but funnily she chooses to turn the other way..and he gives in to her wishes..a move she surprisingly takes offense to..and on finding her, relentlessly pursues her...in the spirit of his love and commitment..despite her constant rebuke.. The silly goose finally realises his sincerity...he does his husbandly duties ..caring for his wife and children...
@@sushiray80 As for the part when he tried to consummate their marriage to save it. In my opinion,he didn't do it forcefully,even the female lead gave in. It was a "turning point kind of thing?" . Maybe it struck him what will be his life without her that is why he did it....we all know Mew is strong willed ,if she decides something she sticks to it,it is very difficult to convince her. From the beginning the male lead had silent crush on Mew(It is shown in later scene) but he ignored it and was sleeping around with girls but once he got married...he was again trying to supress it but that feeling somehow came out..as for Mew she was surely living in her own world but then she didn't express it directly. They were just fools at some part....But don't you agree (In real life) people in love are generally fool? They make mistakes, regret ,try to get back together and what not... But I loved the message this drama brought out duh.."Love Yourself , don't wait for someone to love you" that too from an unexpected negative role.
