Le Bail refinement in Profex

Le Bail refinement is an XRD data processing method similar to Rietveld refinement. In this video, I explain the differences and show how to do Le Bail refinements in Profex.

Should you refine sample displacement when doing a Le Bail refinement?

Yes, it affects the peak positions in the same way it does in Rietveld refinement.
