Is there a way that you can send the google form data in to the CRM without having to copy each transaction over? Also a customer word of mouth connector to see how many customers are referred by an existing customer? Is there a way to make a tracking bar for example a set process/journey point the client is at such as percentages or steps? Can we auto connect the email send limits to multiple accounts from our google workspace as we have approx 18 subscriptions?
Hey! Yes you can set that up if you like. However, it's best to keep it seperate. Yes you can add that also if you like. In terms of the sales pipeline sheet there is no progress bar, but you can see the sales stages clearly. Yes it automatically shows the user their limit based on their account.
@StewartGauld thanks Stewart I have been in business for over 3 decades and have multiple companies in education and lead generation it would be interesting to see how and what you are doing moving forward and how we could collaborate. I am going to work thru the sheet and get back to. What is the best way to connect?
Super helpful and a great tool if you're just starting out using a CRM system I think this will do the trick especially since we use Google for business! Love the integrations.
Hey mate, I appreciate your comment. We have found that this is incredibly competitive pricing. As mentioned this is a one time payment for full access and life-time updates.
Hi @@StewartGauld, thanks for the clarification. While I understand that the pricing is competitive in the US market, it's important to consider purchasing power parity (PPP) in different regions. In India, for example, where $1 in the US is equivalent to around $3, the pricing might be perceived as higher.
Can this be shared with a company? If there are multiple sellers, can each of them have their own and then use a main one to compare the sales of the whole company? (I don't know if that make sense)
Hi. I’m in the process of starting up a serviced based business and like the idea of this. If im honest I am torn between this, jobber and pipedrive. Do you know of anything I’d be missing if I went with sheetify over the others? Would i need to input more information manually using sheetify? For example notifications when an invoice has been paid etc
Hey! Yes correct. Sheetify is more basic in terms of automations. However, as a new or small business, Sheetify will work really well. As your business expands you can always shift over to a tool like Pipedrive.
Hey Stewart, looks super helpful for covering the basic CRM ++ needs for a new ecom business! would it be interesting to get Sheetify doing the background CRM, Sales tracking ++ work, and then complementing it with Klaviyo for a more powerful email marketing? How would you see that working and beneficial for? Many thanks! Ed
Hey! Great input thanks! Yes that is possible. Especially for Ecommerce, you would want a dedicated email marketing tool like Omnisend or Klaviyo. Then use Sheetify email marketing for more personalized emailing to suppliers, key customers etc.
Hello! I bought the CRM but it's giving me an error when I try to make a copy of the google sheet. Any ideas? I've been trying all morning. Google error just says to try back later.
Hey Stewart, great sheet, can we duplicates the contacts and lead sheet to have more than thousand columns And is the data will be updated inside the CRM ? Thanks
@@StewartGauld Interesting, I had never heard of Pabbly and it looks promising. Thanks so much for the tip is there any way to contact you directly by chance?

Can we white label this, and can we connect existing sheets date to this crm?
Hey mate,
Yes you can!
Excited for 4.0
Out now! Great feedback so far.
For my small business - does each user need to purchase access or not / how does sharing work within the platform. Thanks
Hey Dean,
Not at all. Once you make the purchase your whole team can have access. One time payment for all features, tools and unlimited users.
Please consider, your pricing based upon purchasing power parity. Really interested in your product but the price is on the higher side.

Hey!
Yes correct. You can use one template for your entire company or you can use multiple for each sales agent etc.

Great question, we have a list on our Sheetify website. Small ecommerce and service based businesses
This looks great! is there anyway to integrate online booking into this?
Yes you can use our built in Google form for generating leads or use a integration with Pabbly or Zapier.
