    Thank you. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. His truth is always fresh and human difficulties the same.

    This man is a true Catholic priest. His words are both inspiring and unsettling. Thanks for sharing

    This man speaks the truth. And although the truth may hurt, it will always set the captive free, if so they believe. What is truth? Jesus Christ tells us He is.... John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him " I am the way, the truth, and the life no man cometh unto the father but by me

    This is a good example of a good hearted and intelligent priest who has some opinions that we are not obligated to believe.

    • @jasondavis6009
      @jasondavis6009 6 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Those are not opinions. He is teaching the catholic faith the way it was originally supposed to be taught. The faith has been watered down because people are turned off by how strict the faith is. So now priests are teaching to accommodate sinners so they don't leave the church. But this priest is telling the truth. Nobody has any business recreating to suit their image of what THEY think God should be. Who created who? We are to conform to God, not the other way around.

    But I am living in a room; as if I am the guilty one! The man who paid to have his Wife beheaded in Greece! I was his Nanny for a little girl who wasn't even told why her mommy wasn't coming home! I gave her a love for life again! While her father raped me and then threatened my life! I have lived tourchered ever since! I finally got away only to find out I was betrayed by my own family members! I pray for this World who calls evil good and Good Evil! God is Not Long nor is He very Far from Returning!

    what do you mean by "after three times, the absolution's not valid"? I've never heard that before

  • @robreke
    @robreke 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    when he says "after the third time your absolutions are not valid" when he's telling the story about the priest who went to the judgement, what does he mean by that?

    • @RosaMysticaMantilla
      @RosaMysticaMantilla 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They're not vot valid he says, because there's no firm purpose of amendment.

      Francis, despair is the tool of the devil. Repent of your sins and throw yourself into the mercy of God and ask for His guidance.

    Is it ok to associate with friends who are openly hostile to the Catholic Church? I always defend the church but I’m finding my husband and I are not fitting in with family and friends ...

    • @Gabrieluchyp12
      @Gabrieluchyp12 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think that may not be a good thing to continue. You might have to compromise your Faith at some point if that is what would take to calm the hostility of your friends... It is hard. :) But, we can ask our Lord to lead us to friends that will be willing to walk with us to Heaven. While praying for those who need the grace to convert to the one true Church. 🌷 I hope that all of you are very Blessed.

      If that person doesn't believe then they are responsible. If they believe then it will up to the next one to do what they feel is right. That is my personal take on it.

    I am not criticizing or being rude to the speaker, that is not my intent. I just put my opinion down because I have read all the Harry Potter books, and I thought you would like to know the following:
    Harry Potter "spells" are not real spells. Harry laid down his life so that others could live. He didn't like anything unjust. And he fought against evil. He and his friends were heroes fighting evil. It depends on the parents to be sure that their child understands that it is just a story, and and not an example to become warlocks. The point of the story is to persevere in spite of the challenges, and to sacrifice yourself for the greater good.
    Here are some samples of the "spells" in the Harry Potter series that the heroes used to fight evil. They are a mixture of English, Latin, and other languages and nothing more.
    spell: Petrificus totalus (To temporarily paralyse someone. )
    English equivalent: Petrified (So frightened that one is unable to move)
    Spell: Obliviate (To erase memory)
    English equivalent: Oblivious (lacking remembrance)
    Spell: Accio( A charm that allows the caster to summon an object)
    English equivalent: Access(obtain or retrieve)
    Spell: Crucio (Inflicts severe physical pain on the target, usually causing them to scream in agony.)
    English equivalent: Excruciating (extremely painful; causing intense suffering; unbearably distressing; torturing)
    Spell: Impedimenta ( A spell to slow down and obstruct.

      Maybe you're into HP so deeply that you can't see clearly. Fr. Isaac Mary has a vast amount of education and experience in spiritual matters. And especially Holy Orders. Priests are ordained to fight evil.
