After 16 years in the same job, I finally mustered up the courage to apply to a job I’ve thought about doing for over 10 years. Had my first interview and I’m hoping and praying they call me back soon for a second interview. 🤞🏽 Thank you, Mary! Your videos are always so relaxing and helpful!

@@SouthernASMRSounds Mary, have you thought to expand your search for employment to other states? You are a paralegal who specializes in fed work. I practice law in Texas (county employee). There are bankruptcy lawyers all over the US that might need a contract paralegal (doing bankruptcy work and getting paid as a contractor). Just wondered if you have looked into that. Or applied for a fed job with bankruptcy courts in your area.

I started a new job not long ago, so this is timely. Your videos are always of a length that I don't have to worry about it being over before I fall asleep, but I sometimes just put them on because your demeanor is soothing and makes great background chatter at work.
I am switching jobs in July, going from being a teacher to being in the business world. I haven't told very many people yet about my upcoming switch, and here you are with this video. I found it refreshing that you were the 2nd person to congratulate me on my new job!

I’ve been trying to land my dream job for a year. It has been such a long road and there were many times I wanted to give up and opt for a Plan B. Finally, I’m getting a break. I’m so glad you mentioned Loop Mary I’ve been thinking about investing in a pair for ages and I totally trust your judgement 🙏 I started a new office job a month ago and going from a retail job where I worked on my own to a noisy office full of colleagues has been a nightmare for noise overwhelm (especially because I have ADD so concentrating at the best of times is difficult!)
I really love mine. They allow me to attend exercise classes with a SUPER loud gum-chewer. They're like magic.
Loop earplugs come in different "strengths," so check out the different noise-filtering capacities. They have helpful suggestions on their website for choosing the right pair for your situation. :)
