That’s also why I didn’t use gapples because the crafting recipe is removed 3) I decided that water spreading is more so a duplication attribute rather than a weight attribute

If you think about it, Steve's inventory space isn't necessarily how much weight he can carry, but how many THINGS he can carry. Actually, just 1 bucket of water is infinite already. Just pour water on a high ground and watch it infinitely flow down to the very bottom. Another proof is that you can just plop a water bucket on a 1x1 hole and get infinite water via water bottles. And the donkey has a chest. So the donkey is the strongest animal in the game. And dolphins can push Steve through the water super fast. And flying with elytra the fireworks are crazy powerful rockets.
According to Wifies, the most likely candidate for ancient debris is platinum, since it makes a black alloy with gold that has a higher melting point than lava.
An enchanted golden apple weighs 154,400 kgs if you accept the old crafting recipe that required 8 gold blocks, making it the heaviest item in the game.
the crafting recipe was removed but the apple is still obtainable removing the recipe doesnt mean that it doesnt contain 8 gold blocks it just means you cant craft it
Removing the recipe means that the mass of the notch apple is ambiguous due to retroactive order. In older Minecraft versions, it is correct to say that a notch apple was over eight gold blocks in mass, but in modern Minecraft, it is uncertain. Just because the removal of the recipe doesn't deconfirm that it isn't made with eight gold blocks doesn't mean that it _is, for a fact;_ just that it is unprovable, and therefore unscientific to use in good faith without disclaimer that the calculated statistic is speculative.
not only that, but he's holding himself back, he jumps at the exact same speed and height with or without stuff in his inventory, so not only is his power level completely theoretical, his brain power must be insane, as he is able to calculate the exact amount of force to use and is able to apply it perfectly every time.
@@flameofthephoenix8395 The human brain doesn't do that all the time. Try exerting exactly one pound of force with your hand. Maybe with some practice you'll be able to do it, but now try applying one milligram of force, one microgram of force. You won't be able to do it. What's a pound to us is about the equivalent of micrograms to Steve. Not only that, but it doesn't matter what weight, he always jumps the same exact height, no matter how different the weight he is carrying. Your brain may be able to recognize one amount of weight roughly, sure after repeated practice. But you're not going to be able to recognize micrograms, you won't be able to count microseconds, our brains simply can't do it, but on Steve's scale he can do the equivalent of those things for us.
@@bartholomewtheiiijr.386 Certainly, I said that kind of thing, as in the human brain is capable of similar things. Delicate tasks can be done and in fact are done constantly, though it is mainly only on a sub-conscious level, simply allowing the body to function is an extremely delicate task. While humans aren't designed to only exert a microgram of force because there is no practical reason to do so, it is not out of the question, nor does it require extreme brain power, it is just specialization towards a very strange task.
Steve can lift multiple animals using leads. That includes donkeys, that can each carry chests full of sulker boxes full of blue ice. And other players can ride those donkeys too. Also, if Steve gets into a boat that's above him, he'll accelerate even faster that jumping.
And those players can carry donkeys full of shulker boxes, where those donkeys themselves can also carry players each having donkeys full of shulkers boxes... Steve's strenght is exponentially increasing depending on the player limit of the server, let that sink in.
Basically infinity strong since no amount of jumping will ever cause erosion (like all other materials in real life). So that sorta creates a paradox since if the ground cannot EVER errode that means that the ground can cannot be moved by infinite force, which implies infinite mass... but steve can pick it up... and yet... he cannot erode the ground he stands on.
@@Tman1000-be7opif the video would have included using the pick block button on chests 171 times, put all those chests into shulkers, put those shulkers into an enderchest and put all of those enderchest into shulkers and filling your inventory, the ground is basically infinitely strong, so taking a FLOATING slime block, Steve can break a block in 0.05 seconds (50 ms), and the block he’s breaking has some mysterious force that’s basically infinitely strong, and a SLIME block can withstand all of that. so anyone saying that any material or fictional character is stronger than what exists in Minecraft is just wrong. by a *pretty large* margin
@@MinecraftTestSquad and we know the volume of 1 block of water, so from that, we can calculate the mass, which is significantly heavier than water irl, and therefore, Steve carrying all of that water becomes a lot stronger-and heavier. But then, when Steve gets in a boat, he can still float on that water, and therefore the water is *even* denser so *even* heavier, and the cycle continues until infinity. There is a solution though: the boat employs some form of magic to stay afloat, rather than just the force of buoyancy. This magic would be somewhere in between the potion of slow falling and the shulker pellet that grants levitation.
Steve's stomach is actually a pocket black hole, which explains why he also never... er, creates waste. He survives off the emitted Hawking radiation. When he dies the black hole collapses in on itself.
So I have like 3 "headcanon" for steve Survival Steve, wich is this one on the video. (Also we can count on the weapons, enchantments, and objects seen in Minecraft Dungeons AND Story Mode as canon since they kinda are) "Player Mode" Steve wich is "Pushing Steve to his theorical limit" Video, wish invludes creative mode, and comands. And finally "LOVECRAFT" Steve wish is if we take the Minecraft's ending speech as something literal.
O yeah, also there's this one OFICIAL Minecraft book (the mountain) that says that every material that the player picks up, it is weightless to them. And Steve DOESN'T slow down in Survival while carrying everything, so yeah, Steve has that ability to lift something and that something looses it's weight.
But we are talking about Minecraft in which 1 ice block = 1 water source block (1 cubic meter) 😅 *because when we break or melt the ice we get same amount of water*
You forgot one thing. The nether star, if a nether star is actually a star ( ill take the red giants star masses which is around 0.7 to 0.8 sol masses ) So, a nether star would weigh around 1.753E27 tons. Thats is 1.753.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000 tons. And that is still a singular nether star if it was an actual star which had mass of a red giant star
2 water bucket = infinite water = infinite mass 1 water bucket = infinite mass Steve can hold a water bucket. Steve can hold infinite mass. Steve is already Boundless strength🔥 Steve can move with water bucket. Boundless speed. He can withstand a punch from another player. Boundless durability. Survival mode Steve solos 99.9% of fiction.
I have another thing, bedrock steve can pull boats on a leash, and you Can put girafe into the boat, get two friends to sit on it, already giving you TWO CHESTS and TWO STEVES to carry, and than you Can tell your friend to leash some boats behind them so the leash doesnt break due to going for too long; bedrock steve has INFINITE strength, and Java steve maybe has too if you go on a bridge and get friends to sit on girafes while holding more girafes (however the world has a floor so there is a limit, or at least one much bigger than The bedrock one of world borders)
When checking how high the water block is in Minecraft you can calculate that a proportion of densities of ice and water are not the same as in reality. So assuming that water in Minecraft has different properties how can we check how heavy it is? By checking its bouyancy. See that you can put iron golem In the boat and calculate how dense is water
After thinking a bit I realized that the reason blocks float in Minecraft is that they are standing on aether. The same can be applied to iron golem inside a wooden boat it is just "floating" on top of that boat. So we can only figure out density of water by dropping boat alone as it is obvious it is floating on water and not aether.
your implying that withers holds a star, or is an embodiment of a star for it to drop a star. which doesn't make sense and completely contradicts the components of soul sand and wither skeleton heads
If we are picky about the volume of a ice block then steve can carry 4,5 billion kg. Sience only a top source block of water can be frozen and a source block has a height of 14 pixels out of 16 pixels which does translate to 0,875m. My calculations: 1m * 1m * 14/16m = 0,875m^3 0,875m^3 * 1000kg/m^3 = 875kg per ice block 875kg * 9 * 9 = 70 875kg per blue ice block 70 875kg * 64 = 4 536 000kg per stack of blue ice blocks 4 536 000kg * 27 = 122 472 000kg per shulkerbox of blue ice blocks 122 472 000kg * 37 = 4 531 464 000kg for a full inventory of blue ice blocks Unfortunately i'm to dumb to do the rest of the calculations for the force of steves jump.
Fun fact there’s a real life equivalent to netherite, platinum, and gold alloy so there is actually a real weight for it! Meaning the potential weight of a netherite block IS 162988, WHICH IS INSANELY HEAVY. (This isn’t entirely true but platinum is the best match we have)
i do believe that netherite is just simply condensed materials from either space rocks caused by geological formations causing the big space rock to condense into one tiny space rock

It's worth mentioning the video assumes Steve's inventory system doesn't nullify the need for strength. When objects become small collectible versions of the real deals and get sent to hammerspace rather than actual space, it calls into question whether or not Steve truly lifts the normal weight of what he puts in his inventory. I like to think minecraft has extremely low gravity. blocks in item form are just a bit denser than air, that's likely why when you place them and in the process making them less compact they lose that density and become about as dense as air. This could explain how steve can carry so much stuff without being crushed under the weight of all the blocks. It would also explain how steve (or any other mob in this case) can jump 1+ meter high without bending his knees or ankles (if he even has those) and can use an elytra, wich is basically just a glorified paper airplane strapped to his back.
Or he is limiting his power on purpose to give himself a challenge. I mean if you had enough strength to basically one shot with your finger it would get boring.
I'm already mad about not replacing netherite scrap with platinum because that's theoretically the closest element on the periodic table that fits the requirements and history of real world interpretations
now whats more impressive, the fact that steve can jump that high with that much weight, or that the ground doesn't collapse underneath him when jumping...
Now u can also put every shulker box in a chest and then picking the chest up by pressing ctrl + middle click that means he can carry 191,616,192,000 metric tons in his inventory that means steve can roughly carry 38 pyramid of giza in his inventory and why stop there?? now if u take the chest with full of shulker box and put them in another chest full stack per slot and pick that chest up by ctrl + middle clicking and repeat this process for only 3 times the number of how many kgs he can have in his inv will be so big, and to give you guys a sense of scale, this number is vastly larger than any real world quantity we can easily comprehend It's many orders of magnitude greater than the total number of atoms in the observable universe.
Bro, i think you lowballed Water too much in Minecraft. Think about it. Ice isn't just Water, it is specifically a "Water Source Block" (WSB from here on). Hence, the mass of water in a WSB is the mass of one block of Ice. I don't wanna do what other commenters are saying and call it infinite. I do believe it is finite and i will show you how. I can't do the math myself but i want you to consider this: When you place a WSB, it spreads, like 8 blocks in each direction, going down a pixel in thickness. It also spreads downward. So, what if you make a stone pyramid such that the WSB spreads as maximum as possible, from height limit to depth limit. It would likely look like a huge pyramid of water with one WSB at the top, spreading outward by 8 blocks before going down 1 block. I AM NOT FINISHED, THOUGH. If you break the stone of the pyramid, the water would all flow down, filling that volume up completely from (one below) height limit to the void. That volume... That volume is the volume of water in one WSB. That volume is the volume of water in one block of ice. Now plug THAT into your calcs, brother Edit: Nevermind, Immediately after i wrote this, he literally said he doesn't want to use water spread to calc. Still think he should have though
it's an indefinite amount of water since we can't process or recreate infinity. indefinite is different than infinity. I think many of us know that and have yet to see someone say a WSB contains infinite amounts of wster
The maximum amount of water in an ice cube is actually the amount of water that would flow from a pyramid that goes from the world's max height to the lowest (void). Each floor of the pyramid would be 8 blocks long
In theory Minecraft steve is literally infinitely strong As he can cary cows with leads and as cows have infinite amounts of milk containt within them steve can cary infinite kilogrammes (Although as there are more than one types of infinity and this would be countable infinity, which is the lowest, you could probably get even higher with some shenanigans)
Countable infinity isn't necessarily a weaker infinity, it just has less between the lowest and highest point in each infinity. And since it is infinity, there is no necessarily bigger infinity. Just more we can point out in infinities with decimals and other types. Also countable infinity isn't even the smallest when it comes to how much we can percieve within it. That goes to an infinite series of prime numbers

Yall forgot about 1 thing, chest boats. Steve can put a INFINETE amout of chest boats above his head, and make all these chest boats have shulker boxes witch each one of them filled with stacks and stacks of blue ice. At that point he can list EVERYTHING THAT EXIST, WILL EXIST, AND HAS EXISTED, COMBINED
Exactly, we don't know enough about shulker boxes to say they aren't magic. He also blatantly ignores the fact that jump boost potions are considered magic. Although I guess if we're doing something silly like figuring out how much a fictional character can carry, there's no point arguing over the finer details
I see jump boost more as a "powerup" like a fire flower in mario type thing which is why I included it. With shulkers I tried reading lore books and everything to see if shulker boxes were canonically pocket dimensions/boxes of 0 weight but the mobestiary didnt have anything
Harming potions are canonically magic (see the “killed by magic” death message,) so it’s pretty reasonable to assume the leaping potions are also magic, not a natural, chemical enhancement.
The weight within a shulker box wouldnt matter because its a magical item, that uses levitation. The shulker inside the shulker box likely just harness the levitational prowress of the box, but based on the opening of a shulker its safe to say the items inside are levitated and would not add to the weight steve can carry. This is different from regular chests or ender chests that have a clear specific hinge that they open from. Therefore, the max weight reasonable that steve can rep is 37 stacks of blue ice
@@thyprodigymasterofthievery4295 You're not providing anything to the discussion. And the video talks strictly about the mechanics so your point doesn't have much value here. Besides, it's all for jokes anyway. I wouldn't take powerscaling too seriously

Checked it, it is packed ice. Tho I think he used it because blue ice is damn ugly Or because he recorded it before remembering that blue ice is made with packed ice
Note: in the thumbnail you used the game theory logo, and in their video it was actually calculated to be WAY more with the use of NBT chests, and at those scales it really doesn't matter if you use blue ice, or if it's stationary compared to jumping.
And to access NBT (it’s called components now) you need to be in creative mode, where you are invincible and can use commands, aka you are basically omnipotent, so it doesn’t really count.
The fact that the Terrarian is still stronger is hilarious. He can hold several thousand black holes at once, and then jump higher than Steve. Also he can hold a bottomless water bucket.

@@sunchan2147water buckets aren’t infinite since they can be emptied into a 1x1. Yeah, sure, but using commands youchestgive yourself 127 of any item, even unstackable items, and you could even give yourself chests with items already inside, so you could technically have infinite weight with commands
Hes like spider man, he holds back when fighting. I made this theory that if he would not hold back. It would vapirize the earth by just one single punch from steve.
I made a theory where other "gods" imprisoned Steve into the world as they saw him as to much of a threat. Also the mobs aren't as powerful as him it is him holding back. I mean if you were basically infinitely strong it would get boring why not challenge yourself especially when you know even if you die you just respawn
In one of the official Minecraft books, called "The Island", the main character mentions that the blocks and objects he collects become a miniature version or simple 2D "decks" that doesn't weigh
You can also use control pick block to get a chest with 27 of those shulkers and then put those chest into another chest and repeat around 115 times to get maximum weight
Actually, Steve is INFINITELY strong. Here's why: One water bucket is enough to fill one cubic meter of water. Now this isn't infinite. But, you can fill an infinite amount of water bottles from one block. Thus meaning one cubic meter of water is infinite pounds. (Infinite kilos). But you can take all of that and stuff it in a water bucket, which is infinite pounds plus the weight of a bucket. No empty that water bucket and milk a cow. The milk will reach the top of the bucket, thus meaning there is an infinite amount of milk. Milk is denser then water, so it's even heavier. BUT. It gets worse. The cow is the one producing all that milk, and it can do that an infinite number of times. But we cant pick up a cow. But we can pick up a cow spawn egg. So as long as that egg is holding an adult cow, that's infinity an infinite number of times plus the weight of a cow spawn eggshell. But you can hold shulker boxes of that so, 999xinfinityxinfinity+0.00132 pounds(six grams) with a grand total of: INFINITE POUNDS (Infinite kilos) THATS JUST HOLDING IT.

An enchanted golden apple weighs 154,400 kgs if you accept the old crafting recipe that required 8 gold blocks, making it the heaviest item in the game.
It was removed from the game, so it's arguably no longer canon.
the crafting recipe was removed but the apple is still obtainable removing the recipe doesnt mean that it doesnt contain 8 gold blocks it just means you cant craft it
Removing the recipe means that the mass of the notch apple is ambiguous due to retroactive order.

Good point
No, the real human brain does that kind of thing all the time without batting an eye. Steve could do that; the question is why would he?

I have a question. if Steve can generate this much energy how strong is the ground beneath his feet?
And how strong is he if he can break this ground instantly with the right tools?
And if steve is still supported by a boat, how dense is the water?

You can literally carry stars in minecraft
How has nobody thought of this
So this means when he jumps he pushes the earth back and out of orbit?
🤯🤯🤯
What if the Earth's rotation is caused by just Steve jumping?
The heaviest block is the beacon because its made with a star that weighs millions of kilograms.
i dont think the nether star is a literal star tho
your implying that withers holds a star, or is an embodiment of a star for it to drop a star. which doesn't make sense and completely contradicts the components of soul sand and wither skeleton heads
A Nether Star is in relation to it’s shape, don’t think it’s a literal Star
If we are picky about the volume of a ice block then steve can carry 4,5 billion kg. Sience only a top source block of water can be frozen and a source block has a height of 14 pixels out of 16 pixels which does translate to 0,875m.
My calculations:
1m * 1m * 14/16m = 0,875m^3
0,875m^3 * 1000kg/m^3 = 875kg per ice block
875kg * 9 * 9 = 70 875kg per blue ice block
70 875kg * 64 = 4 536 000kg per stack of blue ice blocks
4 536 000kg * 27 = 122 472 000kg per shulkerbox of blue ice blocks
122 472 000kg * 37 = 4 531 464 000kg for a full inventory of blue ice blocks
Unfortunately i'm to dumb to do the rest of the calculations for the force of steves jump.

This could explain how steve can carry so much stuff without being crushed under the weight of all the blocks.
I can't do the math myself but i want you to consider this:
When you place a WSB, it spreads, like 8 blocks in each direction, going down a pixel in thickness.
Now plug THAT into your calcs, brother
Edit: Nevermind, Immediately after i wrote this, he literally said he doesn't want to use water spread to calc. Still think he should have though
it's an indefinite amount of water since we can't process or recreate infinity. indefinite is different than infinity. I think many of us know that and have yet to see someone say a WSB contains infinite amounts of wster

The weight within a shulker box wouldnt matter because its a magical item, that uses levitation. One water bucket is enough to fill one cubic meter of water.
But you can hold shulker boxes of that so, 999xinfinityxinfinity+0.00132 pounds(six grams)
with a grand total of:
INFINITE POUNDS (Infinite kilos)
THATS JUST HOLDING IT.
2:40 Small correction: any exponential of 0 is 1, you can only do it if it's a multiplication of said number with 0
Hes talking about the velocity not the exponent
