Yah when you take pictures to WhatsApp is something else I'm using it too or other people's devices if they can able to upgrade that ..it gonna be perfectly fine... But the phone is powerful...

What an appalling piece of Chinese junk this Redmi Note 8 truly is. The manufacturer can't even be bothered to produce a decent user guide, just a massive pdf document comprising every known language on earth with a mere 8 pages allocated to English. And those 8 pages are all ridiculous stuff about 'safety information '. I want to know how to use this darn thing to take a selfie. There's no easy way of finding out via Internet research and no guidance in the so-called 'user manual'. Recommendation: if you're in the UK, stay clear of this crap should you be looking for a cellphone that actually works from a manufacturer that actually cares about the UK market (Xiaomi is seemingly obsessed with selling its phones in India, but couldn't care less if it sells any in the UK. Non existent customer support matches the quality of a product over-hyped by slavering adolescent fanbois on the Indian subcontinent)
