Around July they might request your June results ( grade 12).. please push hard to improve.....especially for your finaly exam marks , you will be rejected if you don't meet the minimum requirements ..

So there's no exact date in which I can say you will get a response from the institution... After applying just keep an eye on your emails.... But if you are currently in Matric, the decision will be made next year once your results are out
