went out to nj shore for fluke/striper/fluke but ended up skates!!! great fish and food~

Skate are good eating
Dogfish don't have any real bones. Cartilage. Skin and gut and clean. Fish and chips! The real life Fish and Chips

in NJ u can keep three 18" and over Your boy had a Keeper
he got 17inch

Skates = Scallops! Everybody knows that! Sea Robin's cheeks are sweet! That thick body fits in a broiler really well! Catch em up! God bless and safe travels!
well i see many fishermen throw away them after catch. like sea robin,skate,string ray.etc...

@dangareau as u can see in the video you just steam them with boil water and prepare your own source.
