Oldest pigeon on record, as far as I know, lived to 32 years. He was a racer, or homer, if you like. Had a racer myself who libed to 22. Current oldest bird in my loft is approximately 18.
Wow. Human lifespan varies dramatically by individual. Some live really long. Some live for a short time. Humans kill animals as well as other humans. It's called murder.
The last one is a type of jellyfish. It can theoretically live forever because it has the ability to transform back to an early life stage. But they usually eventually die from predators or disease.

In my teens in the 1970's my friend's grandad's Australian Long Bill Corella was part of the household. Grandad was in his early 90's and he had owned the bird since about 8 years old.
Well, they never said the Lone Ranger found another horse like Silver and 1 Radio episode mentions the year 1896. And unless he got that horse as a colt hat thing was faster than anything for 25 years at least! So it had the stamina to live 40. ( Although that does make an interesting fan fiction where you can add a part about him mating silver with another horse to produce an offspring.)
Wow, there was a little confusion in translating imperial to metric, but I was very surprised that I am close to dead, and imagine being a clam living 200 years rolling around in the water...
I should have been dead some seven years ago, and my husband 11 !! Nice to know we have so far beat the odds. We are also a bit taller, I stand 5'10" and husband 6 '2" . This entire video is Wrong.
The avg lifespan of a domesticated horse is not 40 yrs. The Merk Manual states it is 25-30 years. Most horses, barring trauma, acute colic, laminitis etc will die in their 20’s.
Most honeybees don't live that long, queens do though. Drones die in two months. To see whether a drone is old or not look at her wings: If the edges are chafed and worn out, she's an old girl. Edit: Sorry, I meant worker bee. Drone is what they call male bees.
Mayflies have a lifespan of a year or longer. Most of this is spent as a larva. They live a day as a subimago, then another day or less as an adult imago. Drone ants live for several weeks to months from the time they hatch as larvae to the time they die as adults. Most Lions don't even approach 20 years in the wild, they usually die when they are cubs or juveniles. This is why Lionesses bear a litter of 2 to 5 cubs every other year, or every year if their cubs are killed. Lionesses actually breed faster than Gazelles or Impala!
Greenland sharks can live to be over 500 years old, making them the longest-living vertebrates known to science: Lifespan Greenland sharks can live for 270 to 500 years, with the oldest known individuals being around 400 years old. Growth rate Greenland sharks grow very slowly, less than 1 cm per year, and can reach over 6 meters in size. Reproduction Scientists believe Greenland sharks don't start reproducing until they're about 150 years old. Age estimation Scientists use carbon dating to estimate the age of Greenland sharks by analyzing proteins in their eyes that are formed before birth and don't degrade with age.
Drone Ants do not live for 3 days. They live on average for about 2 months and even longer depending on the species. I had a small carpenter ant colony that had a drone in it. I put it with the Queen after I caught her to ensure she was fertile. The Queen made the drone part of her colony. The drone lived for a year and a half.
I've been fascinated with the Turritopsis Dohrnii (also known as the immortal jellyfish) and the Hydra for quite a few years now ever since I found out that they both can live forever. They have the unique ability to keep renewing their cells over and over again when they either get too old or are badly injured. There are newer health products out there that use a similar process now that can slow down the aging process in humans, however, scientists are still working on the same cell regeneration process that both the Turritopsis Dohrnii and the Hydra have by studying them in trying to figure out how they are able to regenerate their cells at will.
The majority of this inflation is wrong!! people live longer then 68 to 73 years alot live into there 80s and some dog breeds live well into there teen years more like 18 to 20 years.

The amount of typos in this video is hard to believe.

Yeah like how can something live forever?
Agreed. I've never seen a single one of these that were accurate.
