    2:53, XLB is misspelled. It's Xiao Long Bao. It means "little dragon bun".

    Great video! I think your intro could use motion shots to compensate for any rough edges in copy (ex. Multiple use of “also”), up the BGM a bit, and maybe a few more cuts between hosts and their reactions to one another. Just some two cents and a sub to boot.

    4:55 I call that stab n grab. Dumplings can be hard to grab, large and slippery. Kind of advanced chopstick work in my opinion. Just need practice.
