I had to wait 2 weeks before I was ready to listen to this. I kept seeing it pop up over the last couple weeks but it wasn't until today that I felt compelled to click. I have felt these energies coming in so strong and it has resulted in a lot of health issues for me personally. Edit: as a teacher, I am SO excited to hear that these kids are going to require a different kind of education. Meditation is so important-I used to meditate with my students when I owned my own school and while they resisted initially, after a month or so? They would remind me!

Just because we have a smart phone doesn't mean we should keep our face in it for hours on end. What comes into our awareness through our eyes and other senses is food to our Being as much as what we had for lunch. Excessive fast food will kill your body. Excessive low frequency social media, music, TV, cinema, and toxic individuals will kill your mind. WE ARE THE GUARDIANS OF OUR OWN FREQUENCY. WE CHOOSE WHAT WE CONSUME AND WHAT WE RADIATE. I AM an artist and creator; I try to moderate and Be Aware, of everything I radiate outward and what I take into myself. It's my choice. I can gorge myself on garbage, physical and mental. around 2 weeks ago i did some book shopping and finally bought a copy of the kybalion. i have been aware of the book for a few years now and am familiar with some passages but never took the initiative to read the entirety of it (i guess a part of me was scared and thought i wasnt ready?).
