Did you add dart measurements when cutting? Is the dart measurements added to only the back? Or you'll add the dart measurements for both front and back?

you don't need to cut 2 pieces for the lining etc, you can just place the shell fabric (pink) as he shows, and then fold up the pocket. Not only it's easier but having less cutting and sewing makes the pocket bag fall flat
