I purchased an iPhone 11 last December from Music Magpie in 'Good' Condition. I am pleased to say it came in at least Very good condition. Only 1 scratch on the back not visible from 5 inches away.
I bought a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro from the Apple Store--impossible to tell from new, pristine condition, boxed in Apple box, running latest iOS, warranty (think it was a year). Honestly, having had terrible experience with so called private refurb I would never go to private market for a phone of any kind. The Apple refurb even puts a new case on the phone, probably a new battery as well.
