I think Czechia would have join on Poland side, for cultural and politics reasons, even if Germany the most important trading partner of Czechia. Ps: Littuania and Latvia would have join Poland against Belarus because of immigration crisis that happened, plus the polish people of Belarus in northwest would have try to split from Belarus, plus an revolution inside Belarus.
This is a way better video without any great powers getting dragged in to make things a sweep. I think you should do more videos like this, making sure that the US, China, India, UK, India etc aren't in.

Even assuming that the war would happen and eu and nato wouldn't count this scenario is so unrealistic that I can't handle it. I'm pretty sure that during this Polish-German war literally no one from outside would join and Poland would only receive some aid support from Baltic states (which weren't mentioned at all even though they are main Polish allies these days), Ukraine and Slovakia and after pushing into German territory and being pushed back a little by Germans the war would end with Poland annexing Lebus area (as Polish historical territory) and German Pomerania and freeing Sorbian Lusatia from German rule but probably nothing more
