Can i send my dominican fiance all of my documents before i get there so he can submit them? Or do i put all of my paperwork in a folder and take it with me when i get there?

Yes, I think you could send them ahead. If you did your affidavit of singleness in the US, I'm pretty sure he could just take it to get translated and you wouldn't need to be present for submitting the documents. But yes, you can just bring the paperwork with you as well. That's what I did.

Nope, I had it apostilled first, then translated in the DR.
