Just wanted to reach through my phone & hug them both. I know there's many who will reach out to her as well as the many other survivors. Tho many have shown their ugly side with #45's bull.....but, this is America where way many many are really truly good people. Have hope dear one, it will work out for you. I've survived devastation in the past, left to die, then disabled & homeless from surviving cruelty. When I thought there was no where to turn good people showed up. There is hope 💔❤❤❤, please hang on. HUGS2U
On the one hand I wished he could have been more comforting…on the other hand honestly how else can he comfort her? There is no words that can help in this time, in this situation. Devastation can only be paid in suffering and actions of change. Keyword “actions”, words mean little unfortunately to these people as words should. They need actions, they need help.
I remember 9/11 and several days later, our country was at war in Afghanistan. The Pentagon was smoking from the crashed American Airlines, that hit its target from the terrorist attacks in four other strategist places. I let my son after his school that day in 9/11. I was going to a job interview but, that was cancelled.... after the Twin Towers were also hit in New York City as well. After school, I met Kris... in the brand new library in Montrose, Colorado where we lived. (The CBS news anchor, Dan Rather was crying and describing the attacks.) Over and over again! The new library had tv coverage. Kris knew all about 9/11 on that very day ...20 years ago. Today, we are very blessed. We aren’t special people. We just enjoy people. Kris was a middle schooler, now he’s 34, with his own bike-frame, kits business. His degree is in graphic arts design there at Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Yup. Anything is possible. Grief and losses ...like these in Kentucky, are very hard... daily. It will be that. (Slowly, Kentucky will rise again.) 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
😭 I am so sorry. I wish I could give to her and give her everything she lost back. This is so sad. I hate this. People are suffering. The only thing we can do is rebuild. Be brave and keep working hard. It is hard it's meant to be. We can move forward together. I have family in Mexico and Portico. People need to make a Go Fun Me account and get her enough money to get her a car and a home.
May God bless you 🙏 and keep you. Don't worry Miss, you will be blessed with more than you had before. May God bless you 🙏 and all the other people effected by the horrific tornadoes. As on american to another, I love all of you and just don't loose your faith.

Hyperbole is an overused and ineffective weapon used by the conservative right. Don't hitch your horse to that wagon. You throw your statement like a bomb out there to get attention, whether you believe it or not. If you don't know what a real patriot is do some research. It's definitely more than wearing an American flag bikini and saying the election was stolen while waving your gun around in the air. That isn't the 'Merikka we want to live in.
You survived girl you are alive things will come just pray.
My heart goes out to her and everyone effected
My PRAYERS GOT OUT TO THEM ..
That poor beautiful woman it's really sad that she as well as everyone else lost their livelihood and everything they have worked hard for, I pray that they all will find a new job and a place to live as well as a new car, if she needs someone to talk to then I'm more than willing to listen

I want to help this young girl
Poor baby. God bless her. ❣️
I feel so bad for her. To come from Puerto Rico, a country destroyed by storms not too long ago, to this?
This poor girl, what a terrible loss and especially seeing her cry over every thing she worked for. I believe God will restore your life and replenish you 🙏🏽
Most honest and heartbreaking interview. She didnt say she was ok or put on a brave face. Andrea, I can't tell you how, but I know you will make it through this. I hope you find a community that supports you through this ❤️
Many prayers and love from North Carolina.
So sad, he was @ a loss for words to console her & she felt so alone & helpless. It rips @ one's heart to feel so helpless to help the truly helpless from such devastation.
Love and prayers to all 🙏 ❤ 🙏
😭 I am so sorry.
Thank you for reporting on this news story, because there are people out here that will se d help.
