Unless they remain humble, thats what separates people, if they let fame and pride corrupt them, then they will hate it, but if they remain genuine and humble, they wont let it corrupt them, thats what i wish for every new youtuber that comes up, and for myself as well.
Since view and date count are getting removed, I’d say view isn’t so bad. I would be fine with no view bias but we NEED a date count for April Fools vids, outdated vids etc
@@antwonfischerIt effects me as a user because I can't see how many views a video has so I can't determine whether it is a good source of information. Your video here is a great example, very few views, very shit take.
Removing the view count gives the viewer less of an ability to judge how well a video has performed by comparing the likes to the views. I believe that your summary of larger creators simply crying because they need "muh view count" is innacurate. I myself am more likely to click on a video due to its title and thumbnail as opposed to the view count. I moreso believe that this change is made 1, because of the bloated workforce at googles offices (larger workforce means unnecessary changes so some schmuck can keep a stupid office job), and 2, because a corporate video without comments, dislikes, or a view count, would be far harder to criticize directly. I do not trust that youtube as a corporation would place its interests in smaller creators as much due to the fact that they already have people with large fanbases whom they can rely on for ad dollars.
While I agree with you, i think people still instinctively click on bigger creator videos because they are already conditioned to the content. But removing the view count would at least give other videos a fighting chance like i mentioned in my video. Maybe not a HUGE CHANCE, but a better chance none the less. But hey thats just a theory, a GAME THEORY.
Think about it like this:
Small youtubers will love this, when said small youtubers become big youtubers, they will hate it. It's a domino effect

This gonna be awful I really wanna leave youtube, it's the worst

Removing the upload date and view count is just gonna make TH-cam way worse
I 100% agree, i think is small creators like this, larger ones will be crying
Exactly, the only ones complaining are the big youtubers

@@Korbix824 nah it actually makes sense considering the fact that big youtubers take all the views
@@antwonfischer its bad i like the view count and dislike because if someone gives bad adivice you can look at the dislike and view count
