Great video!!
Thanks for this review. I just placed a small order to check it out for myself. Prior to your video, I was only finding sponsored reviews/hauls.
Same, haha! I typically fall into the category of only reviewing if I really love or hate something and was so shocked by Quince's quality (their sweaters especially) that I figured it was worth it to post a video. I did order a second round of a few silk pieces that I didn't love as much in terms of fit, and I got the cashmere tank (in XL) to match the brown cardigan (in M) in this video, which I love - I'll do a round two update once I can motivate myself. Hope your order works out too! I'm currently perusing their site to try a few linen pieces :)
I understand your thoughts on the last one you are returning. I feel the same way in several of the sweaters I have, and honestly, it's why I dread winter, because I haven't found the perfect tops that dont make me feel boxy, stiff, and just bulky. I'm definitely eyeing this brand, and maybe I just need to spring for some of these nicer lighter weight but still warm sweaters like you showed in the first half. This was helpful, thanks!
Soooo appreciate this review from a real person, thank you
Great video and helpful reviews! I have the cotton fisherman pullover (like the one you want to return) and I agree that it can look boxy/shapeless but I have found a couple of ways to wear it that make it look better. One is to put a button-up shirt underneath and have the collar peeking out, as well as the shirttail at the bottom. Another way is to wear a crewneck tee underneath and just let the neck band of the tee peek out, above the collar of the sweater. You've got some great pieces there... enjoy!
Oooh! Thank you! I will try that! I reordered the cashmere fisherman and am already researching styling tips haha. I'm struggling to not buy all of these items in ALL the colors (focusing on conscious consumption this year) but I wear them all frequently, so may justify a few more! :)
@@PattonCarr-ur4rw yeah, Quince is fast becoming my new addiction... yikes!
Agree, you definitely need a white tee showing at the neck. Makes a big difference.
This was a great video! I have loved my quince items, but did have a sweater (alpaca) that shrunk badly after a gentle wash in cold, air dry. How do you care for your items? Thanks!
Oh no!! I've been considering one of the alpaca items but haven't given in yet haha. I have handwashed my cashmere cardi/tank and laid flat to dry and haven't had problems. I'm lazy, so that's all I could commit to handwashing - I've found that gentle cycle/cold with the cotton cardigans works great with no shrinking - I hang them to dry on a wide/suit hanger to protect the shoulders but to stretch the length down a little, and they're still going strong too!
You are gorgeous like a princess 😊
Did you order the medium fisherman? I have it and I think you would like it better.
I haven't! But I'll try it, because there's definitely a gap in my capsule wardrobe for a cotton sweater (I'm fully covered on cashmere now haha)!
