Thank you for your videos Enes, you are my inspiration to start my own real estate bussiness here in Guatemala (Tho I'm still saving for the camera equipment, drone and my suit). Once I recover from my collapsed lung I'll start my own youtube channel, maybe not like yours at the begining due to being a 3rd world country, but at least I will feed myself. I was really jealous of those who got to visit the homes, but even if I had won, the US embassy would declined and instantly blocked the option for a VISA because of being poor lmao.
Finally, a solution to a problem all of us know all too well. When you want to take your luxury RV and your supercar but there is not an easy way to do both.
As an RV Park owner it was interesting watching RVs evolve. They changed from being a forrm of cheaper holidaying to have a huge upmarket that is essentially land yachting.
Would you be able to camp with this RV in your RV Park? I was always curious if there was even space for this beast anywhere in any rv park or camping place?
@@captaindesaster9862 Oh yeah. In fact that’s what we catered to over time. We are right on the water and people would stay for a week or even a couple of months. This is their mobile summer cabin.
The term land yacht best describes this vehicle. Otherwise anyone looking for living in a trailer for lower cost of living this is just way to expensive to the point where I can call it a mansion on wheels since this amount of money can buy you a luxurious house anywhere.
This guy is simply the best in the business at what he does. He and his team have completely redefined the gold standard of virtual property touring. I envision a future where all estate sales have an associated video walkthrough/tour that match your channel’s quality of production - how helpful that would be for prospective buyers! My wife and I have watched this one a few times. Every time we need a good laugh we watch the part where you talk about the beds that are under the bathroom sink. This can’t be real, but you say it with such seriousness. It’s like the episode of Seinfeld when Kramer had people sleeping in a chest of drawers. Hilarious.😂
You laugh but when you have an RV like this, you cannot expect to cook or clean it yourself and those pesky labor laws mean the servants can't sleep outside so this is the perfect solution. Out of sight, out of mind AND the doors on the cabinets are sealed so I won't even smell them. Perfect.
It's hard to watch other real estate or asset video tours because the attention to detail and just enough expression of such within the guys is honestly one of a kind. The authentic down to earth personalities and smooth transition into the professional aspect of the job itself, you have created your own level. My dad used to have an RV when we were kids and we enjoyed it inmenseley,and he had to tow a car behind it,which was always a concern,so I can appreciate the car space underneath; and I have a question: is the height of the rv enough to pass a speed bump? It looks like it's very low . Thank you for all your interesting videos, they show us how creative the human race can be.
This RV looks awesome. Definitely for a couple that left the kids in boarding school over the summer holidays though 😁 If you're the type of family that can afford this and the super car to go with it, your kids definitely are the type to sleep under a sink 😁
Its European.. I could see touring Europe as a douche bag who terrorizes towns by driving a super car around like an obnoxious asshole. Here in the United States, we prefer a diesel truck and toy hauler carrying off-road vehicles like my can am maverick. People old as dirt love a RV towing a jeep, taco or 4 runner. Mostly the point of an RV in the United States is visiting out doors and our vast amount of public lands / parks. I just can’t see anybody in the US using this for anything more than a tour bus or a fuck shack in Miami… if your rich and need to move your side piece around constantly. I’m sure Saudi Arabia is littered with these.. Lol
That platform which houses the car looks like it has about 3 inches of ground clearance once raised. I'd imagine this RV wouldn't do so great if it encountered a speed bump lol

My problem is that I have 2 supercars I like to take with me wherever I go, so I guess I'll have to buy 2 of these motorhomes, and have 1 pull the other.
Enes has finished touring all the mansions and now he is into RVs. Next stop: castles, private jets, private islands and in a few years, space stations and outposts on Mars. "Hey Enes here and today we're going to be touring the first homes on the Red Planet..."
The reason this vehicle is so expensive is 1. it's 100% custom-made. 2. Mr. Volkner provides the best engeneering you can think of. This is a quality that will last for decades!

Its definitely not.. There is beds under the sink and the doors have to be closed otherwise they block the doorway. Also the toilet is in a GLASS room. That feels like no privacy, plus it will echo

Really cool motorhome. I had to laugh a bit at the under-sink sleep area. That's a bit of a short straw. What blew me away the most in this episode was the fact that you are 6 feet tall. For some reason, after watching countless episodes, I thought you were like 5' 9" or there about. Anyway, it was really nice to see you two stretching your normal field of expertise.

It's so cute how he says 'this is where we have the adblue' when pointing out the DEF tank. I mean, adblue is a brand of DEF so he's not wrong but he's just so confident about everything he's saying all the time that I just sort of couldn't help but notice that tiny little hiccup in his normal speech. I obviously don't blame anyone for not knowing what a DEF tank is, I only know about it because I drive trucks for a living, but it just makes Enes more human which I appreciate.
I think adblue is the generic term used in UK Europe. Like Kleenex instead of tissue. I used to drive a truck with a def gauge and you could make out a ghosted "adblue" in the LCD where it said def

I went camping in Cornwall and me and my family were chilling out side and this thing turned around the corner and it was huge. They were located the other side of the section. Pretty cool campervan. Found out they were also Multi-Millionaires who came from Dubai and purchased one of them just for the UK
For $2 million, there should be a party deck on the roof. You already have the hydraulic lifts, so just design a second roof to act as the patio floor under the solar panels, and add a small stair case inside. There’s enough headroom that this shouldn’t impact the overall size. After all, there’s 25+ wine glasses in that cabinet. Where else are 25 wine drinkers going to party if not on the roof?
I mean it’s hella high up and it’s common to have a fear of heights and a risk of falling and the company may ask u to sign a contract to not sue if you fall

I was surprised to hear that there was an "upgraded" model until I noticed the lack of washer/dryer, residential size refrigerator, onboard personal chef and maid service to clean and empty the black and gray tanks. I would definitely have to upgrade without question LOL.
considering that this is a 12 meter 36 foot motorhome, and not a 45 foot Newell or Prevost with 3 axles, i think it is quite impressive. 100 foot extra length goes a long way towards a stackable washer and dryer, a double door fridge, and a second bathroom. None of the Newells or Prevost i have seen came with a garage, they all have tow the car behind them, or pull a stacker trailer. I bet it would be no fun to cruise one of those through Rotenburg, or try to find a camping much less a parking spot.

Its whatever the customer chooses. If customer doesnt want washer and dryer,.. so be it . I think Newell coaches are still more valuable and even Prevost Liberty Coach. Look it up
I mean you could buy a much bigger, nicer actual house with $2m that may even appreciate in value rather than purchasing a hotel room on wheels that will depreciate in value the moment you purchase it off the lot.
Your house can devalued in a instant in multiple scenarios.. the only real value you can have is food and water all te rest is just luxury.. it doesn’t matter what you buy or if it devalues over time because the happiness it can provide is priceless.. life is short so try to do what you love without worrying
No! I live and work in the RV capital of the world, you would deeply regret it. Value drops almost in half as soon as you drive it off the lots and way too many things to go wrong. With everything custom there are only a few places that can even service them. 2 Million can get you an awesome house, truck and nice RV. You can have it all for that much money, blowing it on an RV is ridiculous. Maybe if you had hundreds of millions. Either way, with all the poverty and world problems I'd personally feel like a total POS buying something like this.
I live in a 35 Ft. motor home and I love it. It was so nice to see a real luxurious upscale motor home. Thank you for sharing this one with us. Please check out some that are made in the USA for movie stars, you would be surprised at how amazing they are and can run into several million dollars. I've watched so many videos of him in huge apartments and houses, that I never realized that Enes is 6 ft tall. Mad respect for the journey that him and Mikey have been through.
Yes, and when out and about, finding service on these things can be really expensive. Not to mention, not every auto parts store is going to carry super specific parts for a motor home of this stature. The risk/reward is just not there for me. I’d never put that kind of money into one of these.
Man...the beds under the sink is a joke, but everything else is luxurious and top-tier. This RV would be great for Europe Tour but here in the UK no wayy, the roads here are too narrow. Great tour, and was very entertaining to watch

I love seeing the growth in knowledge and confidence that you’ve shown as you review more motorhomes and yachts. These tours are starting to reach the same level of quality and expertise as your mansion tours (which, after the impeccable work you and Mikey did in south France, is really saying something). Keep up the great work!
Don’t get me wrong, the memory foam beds in the cabinetry look really cool and well thought out, except I don’t like that the cabinets can be locked from outside, I wouldn’t trust people not to lock me in there.

I actually like the layout of this one better than the Dembell, but the garage really needs to be in the back. The beds under the bathroom sink is a little odd though, but kind of cool and cozy at the same time. Like little forts or hideouts.

My dad used to have an RV when we were kids and we enjoyed it inmenseley,and he had to tow a car behind it,which was always a concern,so I can appreciate the car space underneath; and I have a question: is the height of the rv enough to pass a speed bump? It looks like it's very low . Thank you for all your interesting videos, they show us how creative the human race can be.

Its European.. I could see touring Europe as a douche bag who terrorizes towns by driving a super car around like an obnoxious asshole.
Here in the United States, we prefer a diesel truck and toy hauler carrying off-road vehicles like my can am maverick. People old as dirt love a RV towing a jeep, taco or 4 runner. Mostly the point of an RV in the United States is visiting out doors and our vast amount of public lands / parks.
I just can’t see anybody in the US using this for anything more than a tour bus or a fuck shack in Miami… if your rich and need to move your side piece around constantly. I’m sure Saudi Arabia is littered with these.. Lol

Its definitely not.. There is beds under the sink and the doors have to be closed otherwise they block the doorway. Also the toilet is in a GLASS room. That feels like no privacy, plus it will echo

Really cool motorhome. I had to laugh a bit at the under-sink sleep area. That's a bit of a short straw. What blew me away the most in this episode was the fact that you are 6 feet tall. For some reason, after watching countless episodes, I thought you were like 5' 9" or there about. Anyway, it was really nice to see you two stretching your normal field of expertise.

It's so cute how he says 'this is where we have the adblue' when pointing out the DEF tank. I mean, adblue is a brand of DEF so he's not wrong but he's just so confident about everything he's saying all the time that I just sort of couldn't help but notice that tiny little hiccup in his normal speech. I obviously don't blame anyone for not knowing what a DEF tank is, I only know about it because I drive trucks for a living, but it just makes Enes more human which I appreciate.
He only uses adblue. DEF tank is for the sub million RV homes
I think adblue is the generic term used in UK Europe. Like Kleenex instead of tissue. I used to drive a truck with a def gauge and you could make out a ghosted "adblue" in the LCD where it said def

I went camping in Cornwall and me and my family were chilling out side and this thing turned around the corner and it was huge. They were located the other side of the section. Pretty cool campervan. Found out they were also Multi-Millionaires who came from Dubai and purchased one of them just for the UK

For $2 million, there should be a party deck on the roof. You already have the hydraulic lifts, so just design a second roof to act as the patio floor under the solar panels, and add a small stair case inside. There’s enough headroom that this shouldn’t impact the overall size. After all, there’s 25+ wine glasses in that cabinet. Where else are 25 wine drinkers going to party if not on the roof?

I feel like this guy could be a good salesman but the boss is like "Make sure you show them the little model of the bus."
I was surprised to hear that there was an "upgraded" model until I noticed the lack of washer/dryer, residential size refrigerator, onboard personal chef and maid service to clean and empty the black and gray tanks. I would definitely have to upgrade without question LOL.
considering that this is a 12 meter 36 foot motorhome, and not a 45 foot Newell or Prevost with 3 axles, i think it is quite impressive. 100 foot extra length goes a long way towards a stackable washer and dryer, a double door fridge, and a second bathroom. None of the Newells or Prevost i have seen came with a garage, they all have tow the car behind them, or pull a stacker trailer. I bet it would be no fun to cruise one of those through Rotenburg, or try to find a camping much less a parking spot.

Its whatever the customer chooses. If customer doesnt want washer and dryer,.. so be it . I think Newell coaches are still more valuable and even Prevost Liberty Coach. Look it up

I mean you could buy a much bigger, nicer actual house with $2m that may even appreciate in value rather than purchasing a hotel room on wheels that will depreciate in value the moment you purchase it off the lot.
Your house can devalued in a instant in multiple scenarios.. the only real value you can have is food and water all te rest is just luxury.. it doesn’t matter what you buy or if it devalues over time because the happiness it can provide is priceless.. life is short so try to do what you love without worrying
No! I live and work in the RV capital of the world, you would deeply regret it. Value drops almost in half as soon as you drive it off the lots and way too many things to go wrong. With everything custom there are only a few places that can even service them. 2 Million can get you an awesome house, truck and nice RV. You can have it all for that much money, blowing it on an RV is ridiculous. Maybe if you had hundreds of millions. Either way, with all the poverty and world problems I'd personally feel like a total POS buying something like this.
Makes for a nice portable loo for Amazon workers. They can have a rest too.
I grew up very rural and simple life, Its a beautiful RV, just cant imagine spending that much money for a house let alone RV.

I live in a 35 Ft. motor home and I love it. It was so nice to see a real luxurious upscale motor home. Thank you for sharing this one with us. Please check out some that are made in the USA for movie stars, you would be surprised at how amazing they are and can run into several million dollars. Yes, and when out and about, finding service on these things can be really expensive. Not to mention, not every auto parts store is going to carry super specific parts for a motor home of this stature. The risk/reward is just not there for me. I’d never put that kind of money into one of these.

Don’t get me wrong, the memory foam beds in the cabinetry look really cool and well thought out, except I don’t like that the cabinets can be locked from outside, I wouldn’t trust people not to lock me in there.
Maybe they can be unlocked from inside?

I actually like the layout of this one better than the Dembell, but the garage really needs to be in the back. The beds under the bathroom sink is a little odd though, but kind of cool and cozy at the same time. Like little forts or hideouts.
