As soon as a shoe sells out the value increases exponentially until they either drop in value/ demand, or if supply becomes more readily available. A Yeezy 2 retails for $245, the going rate on a vnds pair is $2,000+, that seems like a pretty nice return if you ask me.

For me (and a lot of sneakerheads), it's not really about what everyone around me gives a fuck about. I've loved sneakers since I was in grade school, and will always love them. Just because you went through a 2 year phase and don't care for them doesn't mean that's how everyone else feels.

I love sneakers but i think it sux when everybody wears the same thing. Also its too much money for the quality its pretty much just paying for the Brand. I think the custom part of the show game is going to become more important and mainstream with people trying to stand out. And at the end of the day thats all people want is to stand out and be recognized.

It's like realestate when there's things to buy in a limited amount with high probability of future profit rich people always comes buying.
Bought a ps4 for 400 sell it to a rich guy on ebay for 2000, he's not going to wait on line for days and he's doesn't want to struggle to get the new system for his son so he buy it from me because he got the money, simple.
