Russia never was king. They just hid all of their failures, Including Astronauts deaths.
This video was published 7-27-22, yet it's talking about things that happened UPTO 2017. It's almost entirely outdated by now.

My Country India 🇮🇳 , PSLV-C37 successfully carried and deployed a record 104 satellites in sun-synchronous orbits. Launched on 15 February 2017 by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) .

It's an old Documentary, prolly dates back 2018, Crew Dragon's first Crewed flight was on 2020.

Correction. The companies that make rockets are advertised to certain audiences such as the ones you mentioned (governments and private or otherwise) and then they are purchased upon request. Sometimes a design is built upon request as well. They don't always have a rocket built and ready to go. At least 70% are custom upon request. NASA makes their own nowadays
Russia has had the presumed largest rocket, but making it work consistently is the real question.

No need to watch this video! The answer is; None of them. The most powerful rocket launcher in the world isn't owned by a nation, but rather private defence contractors who wont release them for sale for another year or Two, as they are still in the testing & quality control phases.
