Miz Moto, just tried your bannock bread recipe on the home stove... but very, very good. Definitely adding it premixed to the pannier for the Newfoundland trip. And probably the sooner-to-arrive April "time to ride and camp" trip to Southern Tennessee.

+Nature Calls It's a popular spot during the summer so the lot gets pretty full. The road was gated today so no one was able to drive up to the lookout. Not a soul around the entire time :-) Thanks for watching!
+nwroadrat LOL ya, I like to call it my Prius utility vehicle ;-) The lookout isn't available for overnighters but I wish it were. It's a neat little building. It's open in the summer for people to come inside to visit but only emergency personnel can stay there.
