大家好!張媽媽今次竟然同大家開了個玩笑,材料中兩條臘腸的重量,原本重量是97克,竟然說了950克,而4粒乾瑤柱原本重量是20克,亦說錯200克,在此向大家致歉!亦在此更正!
至於乾荷葉處理亦忘記上傳!真係十分之抱歉!
在此同大家分享處理乾荷葉方法,乾荷葉4張,可包8隻糯米雞,首先將荷葉浸於暖水中,待15至20分鐘荷葉軟身後,用柔軟的布或海棉,輕手抹洗荷葉表面和底部,沖洗乾淨後,放入滾水煑2分鐘,目的是令荷葉纖維變軟和殺菌,之後倒出過水,濾乾水份,將荷葉剪掉葉蒂部份,然後從葉中間剪開,再將葉邊剪掉成長方形狀(葉邊不剪走,祇是剪開亦可以)每片荷葉可剪成4張長形的葉片,而每隻糯米雞用兩片葉子包裹著便可以了!如何包法便請觀看影片介紹了!謝謝😊❤️

張媽媽可否如太小量的材料用量杯,湯匙,茶匙來代替,謝謝!
應該先爆香D蒜和姜,再同其他肉粒和料炒,最好炸香蒜粒,同時D炊料合放於-碗如生抽,老抽,糖,雞粉,蠔油,可以攪勻先,可以平均-次落鑊炒。
