Having beaten both Ninja Gaiden Black on master ninja and Ninja gaiden 2 on master ninja, I can EASILY say Ninja Gaiden 2 on master ninja was SOOOOO much worse. Hardest game i ever played. The insane amount of projectile spam was worse than WW1 Shellings.
This game is hard and that's why u have to learn how to play around the orbs and UT(ultimate technique). Using the wall attacks is also usefull until u get the izuna drop and the counters, smoke bombs are extremely usefull if u know how to use it and try to buy and upgrade the wooden sword as soon as possible, that weapon fully upgraded can destroy every boss in the game but to do that u have to play with extremely low hp to unlock his true potential so is a high risk/high reward weapon
bro this weapon is exactly how u said high risk/high reward but u have to be very skilled to use this weapons properly which is not good for new players
I got the Platinum for Sekiro. So I understand what you're talking about when you say, Genichiro is hard. But trust me lol... he's not the hardest boss by far in that game. Just keep at it, and don't give up. It took me almost 2 years to finally beat Sekiro for the first time. I'm currently on NG+15 with Demon Bell and No Kuro Charm active. The standard base difficulty isn't that bad when you're taking Chip damage if you don't perfect parry. Just keep at it bro, like Isshin says " Hesitate and you will die." "Hesitation is defeat." Something like that. He's right.
You mean ahead of technology. People in the past were geniuses, that’s why we have this technology. There has been deliberate act to dumb down humanity, period. It wouldn’t happen otherwise, the creativity of the past was too vast to think it wouldn’t carry over.
If you can believe it this Sigma, the easier version. The real deal is Ninja Gaiden Black, although I'll give Sigma props for some cool QoL improvements and new bosses. Sigma 2 on the other hand is a different story. Still great game, glad it's getting more play.
@@darthuchiha9870 The Collection is exclusively Sigma, Sigma 2, and 3 Razors Edge. Team Ninja claims they lost the original builds for OG NG 1 and 2 for Xbox and 360. That and you tell it's Sigma from the first stage looking at the first stage it has way more color and foliage than the original since it was updated for PS3. Plus Doku isn't a boss fight in the original game either.
@@TheOldest ahhhh good point, I never got the master collection since they’re free separately on ps+ but the collection isn’t. I guess they made some more ui changes, that’s what confused me since sigma had the red menu originally

That's why Sigma 1 has a different selection of costumes and extra accessories, and Sigma 2 has a different UI during Team Challenges (though those missions were made easier to compensate for the removal of online features).
I just started playing playing through ninja gaiden black again the other day after playing through dmc3. This game is hard as fuck lol i have too many bad habits from my dmc3 playthrough 😅
@cortspadet it's available on steam, xbox one, ps4, series s/x, ps5, and switch via master collection, and black and og ninja gaiden 2 are available through xbox backwards compatibility. Wait for some sales and pick em up.
PlayStation versions are trash, anything with "Sigma" in the title isn't actually the hard version nor the "real" versions. Buy an Xbox and be humbled.

Rasetsu encounter on chapter 2 and test of Valor 4 - worst. After that the rest of the game is actually playable.

If you are unprepared, that first boss will hand deliver you from ups first class your a$$. The rest of the bosses are not as tough.
