We cook it in a variety of ways: 1) It is called Nadir Yakhni when the Nadru (lotus stems) are cooked in curd. 2) Wozul Nadir--- when nadir (nadru) cooked in red gravy 3) Nadir Wangana-- when nadru is cooked with Brinjal 4) Gaad ti Nadir-- When fish and nadru are cooked together 5) Tschok Nadru---Sour Nadru 6) Nadir Churma---- Nadru cooked as fries.
