The Netherlands took it to a whole new level; out of that sprung Trance, Hardstyle and Hardcore, in which they thrived, a lot of those DJ's went on to become international. The Dance music had it's peek in the 90's ~ 00's but faded off after that.
It's not a Duutch producer as I've heard, but this song has been played a lot in Holland when it came out, and it's still played sometimes. I think we Dutch people are just like: "hey this song on the radio is really good, I'll search it on TH-cam!" I think that's the reason ;)

From what I saw on Google Street View, Maldivians drive Asian cars.
