Thanks MikeDub, you mentioned the Rockville lights. That's what am leaning toward. The 6 pack par 60s and wedges. I like the case that recharges the lights.
Nice! Same here! I 'm going to buy some next month, both the Cans, and the Maxis. You can get a.good deal if you make a free account with the KPODJ if you didn't already know btw.
you prolly dont care but if you are bored like me atm you can watch all the new series on Instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my gf for the last few weeks :)
Thanks for taking the time to make this. A couple things to consider. The Chauvet and American DJ lights are licensed legal products. All the rest have not paid the licensing fee's required. The other lights also have no UL listings and as such, if they were to cause a fire you may be in serious trouble with an insurance agency not covering you. I have also seen many stories of these chinese lights that cost less, but a year later they have all kinds of issues. At that point you have no recourse and have to buy more lights. Do you really save any money this way. I know it's all a gamble with any of these lights, but atleast with the american companies you have some assurance of quality and no issues with licensing.
Dave Nye Adj and Chauvet are just U.S. licensed to sale or have a store front in the U.S. thats more or less what the licensing is for. Just a cost of doing business in the States. I have been using and other DJs that I know have been using them for years and have not had any issues so,
Dave way to rain on the parade. All the issues you bring up are just hyperbole. That's why we have 2 million dollar liability policies just in case some of your "cry wolf" things happen. Which once in a million they do - I'll take those odds. Just like Mike I know many DJ's that have them and have had very few issues. I own many Chauvet uplights and have had many problems with them. So there ya go. The Chinese stuff is pretty good and really good for the money. Great value overall. I'm guessing Dave works for Chauvet or ADJ.
Thanks for the review!

@Gael Angelo definitely, been using InstaFlixxer for years myself =)
I may have missed it, but what is the model third from the left? Thanks
Borrows a light, then smacks the remote on the lights a dozen times. Too funny.
Hey by any chance do you the seller, can't find any side dmx lights?
Can you post a link for the white par?
DJ MikeDub, on the 3rd light, how many lights can you link together and is it completely safe to go that route? Thanks

The answer is yes, you do save money. The product really isn't that bad either.
What company is the white Chinese battery par from?

Chavuet seems high price, low just about everything.
