if you can hear the ghosts steps even slightly while your light is blinking (including house lights in small rooms) it cannot be Myling. Run where myling spawned on top of you was unlucky. you know how to identify yokai, I know it as well, but sometimes ghost, which isn't a yokai, is completly ignoring me and is pretending that it's a yokai . . . I think the game thinks that some short or quiet sentence might be just some background noise and ignores it. your safest bet would be to test it with some electronic device, but that is in this specific challenge kinda hard to pull off. you could have used your walkie talkie.
When you're in solo lobby, ghost can't hear you when you speak (though they can senses your equipement or hear your radio), that's why you thought it was a yokai
I really need to practice identifying Yokais and Mylings 😂
Yokais are easy during hunts because they can’t hear/ sense your equipment or u from a far away distance like other ghosts
They're still tricky for me sometimes, but I'm improving!
