Well,I'm in no way kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I cannot focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 4years, you see l've got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/ unstable market doesn't provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?
One of the biggest things ive learned about options is to never trade options again. Instead learn to write calls/puts as it is less risky than trading options. From my experience options is basically just degnerate gambling that could cause you to lose alot of money and no discord should be able to to charge for people for gambling especially when returns arent guranteed. Invest for the long term instead and keeo your money safe.

Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in-depth market knowledge.

I've gotten into a plethora of assets with $5k spread across stocks (options and futures) for the short term and Roth IRA, index funds, cryptocurrency and ETFs, for the long term. Now with over 37k in roi, I sit back and just reinvest at intervals while I handle my other businesses.
To me, trading is not worth it and I know that's the same mindset holding me back from taking a step forward in my finances. It’s all gambling.

I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it, Investing is a long-term game, so I try to focus on the long term.
I cannot focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 4years, you see l've got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/ unstable market doesn't provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?

One of the biggest things ive learned about options is to never trade options again. Instead learn to write calls/puts as it is less risky than trading options. From my experience options is basically just degnerate gambling that could cause you to lose alot of money and no discord should be able to to charge for people for gambling especially when returns arent guranteed. Invest for the long term instead and keeo your money safe.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. I am absolutely a beginner, this tutorial was for ME. I have watched half a dozen "beginner" videos, none of them broke it down and actually simplified it the way you do. Thank you. My only drawback is that all the tutorials are on an IPhone devices. Would you ever consider demonstrating Options on and android as well? I know there are literally tens of thousands of Android users that are stymied by lack of Android tutorials. Nobody breaks that down.

When do you know when to sell or trade?
I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking of putting the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in-depth market knowledge.
@@nuraahmadumar8937 It all depends on how long you're willing to hold for, stocks might likely tank further, but making serious gains in this downtrend wouldn't be a problem if you're a pro.
@@ClaudiaShenk The reason I decided to work closely with a brokerage adviser ever since the market got really tense and the pressure became so much(I should be retiring in 17months) so I've had a brokerage adviser guide me through the chaos, its been 9months and counting and I've made approx. 650K net from all of my holdings.
