Omondi, resigning is not anywhere in democratically constituted government and constitution in place.follow and re read the book.
Go read the Constitution. There is are clauses that cater to both the president and DP resigning. The speaker would take over for 60 days within which a fresh election is to be held. It also allows for removal due to unsound mind and impeachment by Parliament.
Also it is rich for Ruto supporters to claim the Constitution (which he was against it its promulgation) when he breaks it every day. Ignoring court orders (Haiti mission etc), supporting a police force acting as criminals with abductions, torture and killings, etc.
