Yes, shri P. Jeyachandran is very right about the songs, ninaikka therintha maname and sonnathu neethaanaa. For these two songs, only a minimum number of instruments have been used by m.s.v. & t.k.r. Of course, lyricist kaviyarasar Kannadasan's lines are immortal and the team comprising T.M.S., P. SUSEELA, M.S.V. & T.K.R., P.B.S., Kannadasan made magic in cine songs. For the film nenjil or aalayam, the song " MUTHTHAANA MUTHTHALLAVO " was penned by Kannadasan in five to ten minutes and also composed and recorded by m.s.v. & t.k.r. in an hour with susilaa"s voice and for this song also, only three to four instruments have been used. Thanks indeed Mr. Britta and Shri Jeyachandran for remembering m.s.v.

What is regrettable here is that T.K.Ramamoorthy is almost drowned in his praise of M.S.Viswanathan.Both songs were composed by the duo and not by Viswanathan alone. In fact, until the film " Kathlikka Neramillai", (released in 1964), no one knew who composed what and in general the duo made it look like that all the songs were of their joint effort.For the first time, M.S.Viswanahan opened his mouth and claimed credit for the song " Naalaam Naalaam thiru Naalaam" being his all time best composition.This brought some friction between the two composers.
Than Why not Directors used TKR for their films after the seperation of MSV & TKR? Watch the utube video by Sreekumaran thambi Sir about M.S.V, he clearly explained MSV the tunesmith and TKR great only in Voilin
Director sridhar had clearly said in an interview to indian express that MSV was the main person and TKR was only a dummy
All the tunes were created by msv only...tkr was only helping him in the orchestration of those songs....actually msv was giving a support to tkr's career by mentioning his name as a combination...you can see after their split tkr couldn't produce any great works..but msv was a great human being also , he again took tkr in his team, he was such a selfless man...thats the reality...
